Parking is ok. Inside was clean and so was the restroom. I ordered from my mobile app and got my food at the table. Food was hot n good. It did take me awhile to get someone to open the restroom tho. Very minimal Interaction with a worker.

I work down the street from this location and I can truly say they are horrible!! I ordered breakfast today and first they gave me the wrong order, i ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and a mcmuffin. They gave me two deluxe breakfast. then when i returned them, after driving back to work, and they then only gave me two sausage mcriddles, wrong again! not only do they always get the orders wrong but they also are always understaffed and they take forever to give me my order. every time i go through the drive through 9 out of 10 times I have to wait for them to finish after i’ve gone through the drive through. This location is atrocious and needs to get it, right.

A coworker was going to McDonalds and asked if I wanted anything. I went onto my McDonalds app and ordered a Mcflurry. When my coworker drove to this McDonalds, they would not give him the item, even I selected on my phone “I am here” and sent a screen shot to him to show the staff. The staff at McDonlads stated that the phone of the order must be there, and they would not give my coworker the mcflurry. Since they would not give him the item, we asked for cancelation, and the staff stated that I had to do it on the app. The app states “Since your item has been started, you cannot cancel.” There is no spot for feedback or refunds on the app, so I will be disputing the charge and never going to this McDonalds again.
Update: McDonalds reply was to use a customer feedback page. I have attempted to 4 times, and everytime I get an error “Page not found. Something went wrong”.

There’s a deal 2 for $3 (mcdouble/mcchicken,) or mix n mash… I remove the bun (less carbs that way) and get just the protein.

Worst customer service. Clearly they don’t care given the “district regional manager” Juliana is condescending and demeaning. Who knows if that was her real name since none of the visible staff wore name tags, which makes sense given their poor attitude.

It was fast walking in and ordered but the coffee was not fresh so I asked them to make a fresh pot. The girl here (Amber)was very pleasant about it and didn’t have any problems doing it. I wasn’t in a hurry so I waited and it was worth it. Mmmm fresh and hot coffee and my 6pack of Mcnuggets .were just delish. I will be back to this friendly MccyD’s!

I know you don’t come to McDonald’s for a1 customer service but this customer service is just horrible. We went to the drive thru to order and not greeted at all then we said what we wanted and it took the lady 3 tries to get it correct.. she was very slow and when we corrected her she didn’t even apologize or at least say a word we had to say hello and she wanted us to continue the rest of our order. Then we pulled up to the pay window and this girl drops all of our change and says sorry and closes the window… then we had to wait in the parking lot and the lady came out to bring our food but there was a car next to us and she gave them our food until they said it’s not there’s then looked at us and said are you guys waiting on food? ……. Why else would we be waiting in the parking number that you guys assigned us to…. Look at the order before you give it out.
