I ordered 2 sandwiches and fries waited 15 mins after 10 mins they pulled me forward saying they had to remake my order cause it was wrong and I didn’t have a complicated order and then when I got my food my fries were cold and hard and my sandwiches were even made wrong wasn’t apologized for waiting so long and then still got the wrong sandwich and they weren’t even that busy and then to be charged for stuff I didn’t get that’s amazing. I tried calling the store no one answered and I’ve called 2-3 times

Not too happy. There isn’t a sense of urgency. After 10pm no one was in drive through but me. I ordered 4 famous stars and it took ten minutes. No sense of urgency. No apology for the wait. Food was great and cashier was nice. But I’m starting to not want to come here after 10pm.

haven’t eaten here in ages so i decided to come in after stopping at the starbucks. the woman who took my order was very nice and the women in the back making the food did it fast all while laughing and having a good time together. the lobby and eating area had tons of christmas stuff up and it was really nice inside. and my food was pretty good.

I get up to the window and the kid says hi, what do you want? Rude as hell and someone should teach that kid how to talk to people. I ordered onion rings and they were not edible. It was like eating into a rock. Unfortunately it ruined my Westerm Bacon burger as well. I do not recommend.

We went to Carl’s junior for dinner tonight. The restaurant was very clean and the service was quick and efficient. After we ordered our food it was brought to our table in a timely manner. It was a good experience. The Western bacon cheeseburgers were very tasty

Went there today ordered 2 kids meals, 1 famous star burger and 1 3 piece chicken nugget. I don’t believe that is a super hard order to mess up. Leave the drive through and we are missing items. Not sure how hard it is to count from a reciept and make sure all items end up in the bag.

Place was dirty/sticky both tables/floor. Food was average and wait time was long with only 2 customers inside. The onion rings were well done which made them really hard but the sandwich was ok.

We came in for Western Wednesday and ordered 3 Western Burgers. When we got home there were no onion rings on the sandwich. We tried to call 6 different times and every time the line was busy. Its sad that they have a number online and it was busy and got an incomplete order.

So disappointed in the order we received tonight. We ordered 3 Big Carl sandwiches with pickles and a few other things. We had to wait for our food. Then they brought it out to us in the smallest bag they could find and it was STUFFED so full it ripped when we took it. We asked if it was everything because the bag was so small. They said yes. Because it was stuffed and I could barely move stuff around to verify it looked like it was okay. Drove home. Got everyone’s burgers out and one of the Big Carl sandwiches was missing. So we only got 2. Verified on the receipt we paid for 3. Then the 2 Big Carl sandwiches we got only had 1 patty on them. They should have had 2. So not only were we missing food, the food we did receive was made incorrectly. I immediately tried calling, after 7 attempts of the phone just ringing and ringing and then going to a full voicemail box we just gave up. We live 30 minutes from this location so driving back wasn’t really cost effective. It is beyond frustrating to order food and go through a drive thru and be told it’s complete and then it’s not. How hard is it to verify before giving it to a customer.
