I stopped by IHOP recently and had the absolute best service thanks to Addie. She was unbelievably kind, attentive, and somehow made the whole place feel welcoming the second we sat down. She kept everything running smoothly, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a warm, friendly energy that honestly made our whole day better. Servers like her are rare, she clearly works hard and deserves a raise without a doubt.

My server Brittany was absolutely the best! I’ve have only received subpar service when trying to just enjoy a decent meal everywhere I’ve been for quite some time now. I know IHOP is a chain, and I have been to many of them across the USA, but the one here in Loganville is (IMO) one of the best. The cooks are spot on and know how to make a great breakfast. In addition, the servers are always nice and attentive. I usually don’t write reviews, but my last server Kim was very kind and I felt I should point this out but also just everyone of the staff at this particular location. They do a GREAT JOB!

We especially love KIM! We ask for her every time because we know we’re going to receive excellent, friendly service without fail. She always makes our experience even better.

We have been coming here since we moved to Loganville, really never had a bad experience. This past Saturday my kids wanted to eat here and we went. We were sat and waited for our server, he never showed, my toddler was starting to have a meltdown, my older boys were watching others be served and nobody coming. I went up to the hostess and asked if anyone was working our section, she apologized and came to take our drink order. After, I asked the waitress, Ashlin, who was working the section next to us if she could take our order and she did. She saved my sanity! I didn’t want to have to leave as the older boys wanted to stay, but my goodness the toddler was about to blow! I am so thankful for attentiveness and how sweet she was to my babies! The hostess, I wish I knew her name, and Ashlin went above and beyond and I appreciated it more than they could know!

Very upset about the smiley pancakes we ordered that was not held up to standard. The pancakes we received had chocolate chips just thrown on it in no order. No whip cream and no cherries. When addressed I got told that “this is what a smiley face pancake looks like”. Great.
