Service was terrible. Waitress was rude and didn’t smile. I’ve been several times over the past 5 year. 1 time about a month ago after not having been there in at least two years. Hopeful service had improved and It hasn’t, same terrible service. Food is expensive for quality of food. I think I’ll save my Mexican food restaurant visits for better places with much better service.

We saw this restaurant searching on Google Maps, and decided to try it. It is off the main roads. Saturday Afternoon at 4:30. We got seated right away, but the tables filled up right after we got seated. What bright folk artistry everywhere. They served thick corn chips right away, with salsa and refried pinto bean dips. I love pintos. Wife got the strawberry margarita and I ordered the house margarita. Very flavorful. Wife ordered sizzling parrillada and I ordered steak enchiladas. What huge plates. But so good I nearly ate all my order, but the wife ate less than half. The marinated steak in the enchilada was so pleasingly tasty. My wife loved all the separate servings on her plate. The fried onions were intriguing and delicious. I highly recommend this place. But space is limited.

Great place. Needs a little work to be amazing but overall it is worth a stop. First place I’ve ever seen serve bean dip with the free chips and salsa everyone else does. That was pretty cool. Good tasted like normal.

As a regular one or twice a month, we have never experienced such bad service. Waiting more than 15-20 minutes with chips on the table and nothing to drink. Two servers standing around and two bus boys that we looked to for at least some water. Both times the bus boys and servers made eye contact with us and we attempted to signal for at least some water…they locked eyes with us and looked away. One bus boy appeared annoyed that we looked his way. We eventually left after feeling more like a disturbance than welcomed to dine in. This place is declining and I am not going to pay for miserable service. This is coming from people who rarely ever leave a bad review.

Stopped in try try a local Mexican restaurant for lunch.
Overall the service was good but at times a bit slow.
Your standard fare was available.
We tried the following:
Been burrito plate – was alright in it’s taste, a decent sized burrito with beans and rice as the side
Chile rellenos – they were pretty good with standard sides and a good amount of cheese on top.
Chicken taco salad – was good amount of chicken and toppings and a fresh shell.
Chorizo queso – a good combination/balance of chorizo and cheese
Overall a decent local place with balance of cost to portion size.

Good authentic Mexican food and very reasonably priced! The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and presented very well! The staff was professional, attentive, and very kind! If you haven’t been to this restaurant you need to go, well worth it!

I used to come here on a regular basis but the now are sooo much over priced I won’t be going back, .The food is excellent but wow those prices are out of sight! I used to get a full plate burrito for $14 now it’s 22. It’s places like this that cause inflation. Greedy and just not worth the price!

My wife bit down on something hard, we discovered it was a piece of metal. We brought it to the waiters attention which was at the begining of our meal. He could not understand the situation and brought us the check?! I asked for the owner or manager to bring it to their attention and again he could not understand. I went up front and spoke to the hostess and she said she would get someone. Yet nobody that spoke fluent English was available. One of the others waiters asked what was happening and he took the metal to show someone. When he came back he simply said we can leave… this is extremely disappointing as I simply wanted to bring the safety issue to a manager or owners attention. If that person reads this please contact me as I’d like to have a conversation about it.

A nice little hometown Mexican restaurant in N. Colorado. Food was served hot and quick for lunch, in and out in about 30 minutes. Typical food faire, with decent flavor, quality and quantity. Salsa had a fresh, homestyle taste that wasn’t watered down or too blazing hot to enjoy, I was surprised. Chips are fresh and abundant. Customer experience was prompt and pleasant.
