I just want to say everyone that work at this Mcdonalds need a raise. The customer in front of me was the rudest lady ever. Had them make her sundaes over ( nothing was wrong with them she just wanted them filled to the top ) then she said ” you guy’s took so long my fries got cold” and asked for new fries. I know they wanted to buss her upside head but they just said yes ma’am and made em. YOU CAN TELL THEY WAS BUSY THEY HAD 7 PEOPLE WORKING AND EVERYONE WAS MOVING. IDK I know this is something they deal with everyday from rude customers so I just want to acknowledge everyone that was working around 6:10 PM. She had on all pink elderly white lady, super rude.

The food was alright but their service was terrible. Not one single hi was said and it looked like this guy Randy was being a total jerk to workers and customers. He was really loud and we saw him answer the phone and all he said was HELLO with no professionalism. The girl who was bagging the food also got mad and started talking rude to us because of our order. Their lobby was dirty and there was no communication between customers. My food was supposed to be cooked to order as well but my nuggets tasted like fish and were cold. Workers were on their phones in the corner not helping other workers and it was for sure the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonald.

Filthy dirty inside every table had some kind of carbage on it. So I go to the kiosk it says carry out only at 3:30 in the afternoon? Im guessing because there was nowhere to sit since every table was filthy. So I was about to order my food to go when I hear the people behind the counter start meowing like a cat. U have customers, grow up for 5 minutes. So I just walked out and went to the McDonald’s on Groesbeck at least they’re clean and take their jobs seriously. Maybe get better management there or something. Won’t be going back to that location

Brandy is terrible. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I asked about the order and she said she had called out the number several times…… I was standing right there listening to all the numbers being called out, but not mine. I asked her if she really wanted to argue about this in front of everyone, she said “yes I do” which I found to be really rude and immature. I kinda understand why she’s working at McDonald’s….. I’m guessing she’s been fired from wherever else she’s worked. Way to keep it classy Brandy, maybe a job requiring customer service isn’t for you.

Needed something golden. On a day when the system at McDonald’s was crashing, these fine folks busted out a calculator and gave me mobile app price even though they couldn’t “use code”. Saved me 3 plus $ on my combo.
Lady in drive thru was super nice about it. Combine that with how fresh the fries & nuggets were, I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars to Alexis who was the manager in the drive thru. Never even ordered food. She was extremely rude and told me if I didn’t like it, I could leave. Never in my history of dealing
with ANY McDonalds or even working for one, have I ever saw such blatant disregard for customers. Will never visit that location even though it’s a mile from home.
