I love Mod. Not quite what they used to be post covid, but still good. The pizza is awesome, IF, you know how to build a pizza. I always get my special, which is a phenomenal tasting pizza. Also not alot of pizza places around anymore with fire ovens. I suggest asking for olive oil and fig balsamic drizzled over your pizza after it comes out of the oven.

MOD Pizza needs to do better. I had a horrible experience on my last visit.
Instead of handing me my hot honey and sriracha sauces, that were in a plastic sauce cup, they placed the sauce cup lid-first directly into my pizza without securing the lid. As a result, hot honey and sriracha spilled all over my pizza making it inedible.
The sauce leaked through the box and all over my clothes during the drive home. This was a complete mess and ruined my food. I do not understand why this would ever be done.

OMG I had the BEST pizza ever today! It came out super fast, the staff was so nice and sweet, and the whole place was spotless. One of the workers even held the door open for me and greeted me with the cutest southern accent. Such a great experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back If only it didn’t take me 39 hours to get here.

Sad day as I am done with Mod Pizza. I remember when I ate there for the first time, in Anaheim, years ago. Delicious, covered in pepperoni, and priced well. Now the flavor is still good, but it is grossly overprice and had a total of 9 pepperoni’s on my entire pizza. I would barely find the sauce too! $82 for 4 of us to have individual pizza’s and 2 ding dongs. Take a look at the pictures.

Once I informed one of the employees that I was vegan, he went out of his way to use fresh sauce that wasn’t touched by the cheese, clean cutters to slice the pizza and ensured me that all my food hadn’t contacted any animal product.
When you’re on a restricted diet, it comes with the territory that sometimes your food can be cross contaminated. Unfortunately that’s how it goes and it’s to be expected. Having an employee take the extra steps to make my experience and food that much better for me was so touching.

Super unprofessional employee I was on the flooor for 5 minutes never greeted he comes out the back with an attitude very rude very aggressive slamming items over cooked my pizza it was 25$ won’t be returning smh ♂️ and added way to much pesto sauce on my pizza for no reason needs better training you choose your job you shouldn’t treat customers like that

My family vegan, pescatarian and vegetarian. Even aside that our tastes are vastly different. So when we discovered MOD Pizza it was on like donkey Kong. As with all food places sometimes there are rough days where stuff isn’t right, or burnt, or the service is manifesting sloth vibes. It happens to all of us. I appreciate that Mods is always ready to make it right though. I love the rewards program. I love that this pizza place is my favorite restaurant to get a salad at. I love that every family member can get what they like. I love all the options. We also really love the berry lemonade. Winning all around!
