Weird service. They closed the doors and drive through. They let caucasians into the Chickfila to make an order. When I went up to the lobby the door was closed. They looked at me dumb when I said I have a mobile order. They allowed a Caucasian family place an order under this “inclement weather” literally 2 minutes before me but I was told unfortunately we don’t have the ingredients to make your order ?? And we closed at 8. Hmm I think that’s just choosing who to give your service to.That’s lazy customer service for not wanting to do your job and close early. Unprofessional and slightly discriminatory behavior given I am a Hispanic woman.

Hard to find a bad chic fil a and this lives up to expectations. Take my kiddo hear for the play area and my wife loves their seasonal drinks.
One time a kiddo had an accident in the play area and workers immediately shut it down to clean and it was sanitized and reopened before we left. These guys are on point. I want to say this was during lunch time too, but it might have been a little slower.

We had a great experience through the drive thru at Chic-fil-a. My 2 year old was hangry and the lady took our order quickly and efficiently.
Shoutout to Taylor at the window. He is an exceptional young man and did a wonderful job. His customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend him when you go there!

Poop Ass
I went here last night around 8pm to get some food before having to drive to Dallas late at night. There was a group of kids in line in front of me my mom and my little sister. One of the kids ordered a milkshake and what looked to be the manager took literally probably 10-15 minutes to make that milkshake. The thing is she had the kid just stand there and wait for it while there was a line of people behind him. There was like 8-10 employees behind the counter and not one of them thought to let one person make the milkshake while another person takes orders. Other than that the food came out fine but it was just silly to hold the entire line up for 10-15 minutes over a milkshake. They were clearly more worried about closing up more than they were keeping the line moving. Very frustrating especially for chick fil a.

A year ago I came here and this was my review…This drive thru experience isn’t like the other locations…. And I dislike when the cheese is all on the food packaging… and the fries were disgusting.
Today, for some odd reason I thought it would be different considering it has been over a year. Let me tell y’all about this second time. I got a spicy cool wrap meal with the new peach shack and Bae got the chicken strip meal with the sun joy. Mind you the menu selection is not that broad so of course we both have had the menu option before… it is extremely hard for this location to get it right. We ordered via “mobile-thru” that took longer than just ordering normally… the fries were cold and very few….the wrap was not the normal portion size and funny tasting… the sunjoy was made with the wrong tea, and they included no sauce for the strips so we had to get out of our car to get sauce trying to not hold of the line and the outside attendant bringing the food wasn’t that attentive to notice us waving him down. I will end this on a good note and say that the strips were everything we expected!… nice, warm, and tasty! Do better at the location for other people because I will never spend another dollar and most of all waste any more of my time at this location.

Recent purchases the fries were mediocre warm, chicken sandwich was way too salty, and their current limited edition drink was bitter and overly sweetened.
Edit: tried another time. The sandwiches were much better. Looking into it Chick-fil-A apparently batters their chicken in store so it can vary from who’s prepping. This time the sandwich was much more enjoyable. Right balance of salt. Fry times still need to be improved as they were still luke warm which makes them harder, not as flavorful, and the oil sets in more when they sit too long.
Edit: didn’t get fries this time, but tried a different limited time drink which turned out way better than the other. Just the right amount of sweetness to still feel hydrating and filling after a meal ❤️ appreciate the improvements thus far so thanks for showing you’re listening/reviewing customer feedback and taking it seriously.

This was such a lovely little place for my morning appetite, staff was super friendly and food was beyond amazing (as well as hot and flavourful!). Would highly recommend the sausage hash brown bowl. Very tidy and well-kept, would come back here again, especially with their fast service
