The atmosphere is fun and inviting especially if they’re celebrating a birthday they’ve got people singing they come around with some sparklers and different things and the whole room is participating.
It’s very busy and sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it.
It’s not a quiet restaurant is a fun Lively restaurant

Employees need to learn manners and professionalism. I have been coming to this location for years and today was too tier disrespectful. For one there was a long line and there was people trying to cut in the drive thru . When I finally got to the speaker they took forever to take my order and somehow when I got to the window they guy couldn’t find my order and then the other window accused me of skipped the speaker. Not a good look

I went through the drive through and ordered 1 steak chalupa deluxe meal that was all plain everything and 1 with everything to later come home and see both are supreme witch was very upsetting seeing I paid almost 40 dollars for the food not only that but the regular hard shell taco was cold and the drink had no ice also including both the first and second window servers were rude and gave terrible customer service

I ordered ahead a drive through pick up. The guy at the pay window is literally the best! Everything else about this place really sucks. The grilled cantina tacos we got were not grilled the cheese wasn’t even melted and it looked like someone hammer fisted them. I also ordered some churros which we didn’t receive even though I paid for them pay window guy needs a raise.

This is easily the slowest Taco Bell in the area. The drive-thru line never moves, and the wait times are consistently way too long for fast food. The food is fine once you get it, but I’d honestly rather drive farther away to avoid this location.

absolutely the worst taco bell i’ve ever been too. waited over an hour for two orders and the staff had the nerve to give attitude. the mid manager on 02. 22. 26 is absolutely terrible and has no business being in charge of the restaurant. they gave attitude and was talking about us because i asked where the order was. mind you it was a couple of tacos. the girls in there looked clueless and everyone was agitated with them because they were being extremely rude while also being slow. never coming back here.

Avoid this Taco Bell. Guy at the window is the only keeper, everyone else especially the so called manager and whomever is taking the order literally needs to be retrained . First of all, intercom does not work. Even the guy who cashed me out agreed, he said it’s very hard to hear. Long story short pulled up the drive thru ask my order with my normal tone of voice (volume) and she could not hear me. Normally if someone can’t hear you it’s because you are not speaking loud enough. I raise my voice more each time obviously more cause she could not hear. Anyhow after maybe 4/5 times she finally got it. I pulled up to the window and retell them just to make sure, and bam all hell breaks loose. According to them I did not mention I did not wanted cheese. Ladies and gentlemen I carry an EpiPen, my little one will go anaphylactic. I know and are 100 recent sure I did. I pull up and told them again when paying. Making a fuss because they need to remake them. Here is the interesting part. I need to be more compassionate to them. Apparently I was too loud when ordering. She said the louder we speak the worse on their end. How was I suppose to know that? When a person can’t hear naturally we are suppose to speak louder not lower (mind a quick hey can you speak lower, I would have). After I get my food I have a habit opening and checking just to make sure, I do not asked anything. She then saw me checking and said “that it has no cheese” mind you a cheese was very visible. She is over there saying “she is saying it has cheese over and over.” At the point she said they work with cheese and they can’t help it. At that point I ask for a manager and well needless to say she was not apologetic and even said that I did not say nothing about no cheese. Look at this point I have no idea what they heard or not. Now all the sudden they can hear. I am not 100 percent but 1000 percent I asked no cheese on my dam tacos. Anywho will avoid this location at all cost. They talking about compassion when all I am doing is trying is not having cheese on my tacos. If they can’t hear that is not on our end. Fix the issue instead of blaming the customer cause there is no way in earth I was suppose to know to speak lower than my normal voice. Or here a fast solution for you guys put a sign that says that if they can’t hear you to speak softer not louder.

Sorry, love taco bell, but this one was freezing, the wait was over 20 minutes (and a poor door dasher waited longer!), and the food was just ok – sauce dripping everywhere. I will go back to taco bell, but probably not this one.
But overall, taco bell is the fast food restaurant that has suffered the most now that there are no counter workers.

I’m giving my personal opinion based on my experience at this place today, which left me annoyed. First of all, if you don’t have ice, put up a sign on the door saying so, because as a customer, it’s my decision whether or not to eat there, since I like my drinks cold, not hot. Everyone there when I went was annoyed because they didn’t have ice and the service was slow. To top it all off, when you asked the server if they had ice, she said no, and it ended badly. The place was dirty and neglected, the soda machine was disgusting, and the tables were filthy.
