I bought my child here to play at the play place they have inside and let me just say it was absolutely disgusting they say they close to clean everyday from 4pm-4:30pm we got there at 6pm and it looked like
it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year… my son is 4 so bringing him in there then immediately having to take him out because of the condition of the restaurant wasn’t fair to him. You are a multi billion dollar company….we understand it’s McDonalds it’s fast food but at least keep it clean.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location we had ordered our food to dine in so our daughter could play on the playground and apparently several big orders like school buses or something came through the drive-thru is what I think they tried to say and so they got service first our food was still being prepared after almost 25 minutes my husband’s lunch break was almost over and we still have not gotten served yet I went up to go check on her food it was sitting on the counter like it was ready to be brought out and I stood up there another 5 or 6 minutes still waiting for the food I guess the manager came over and said that they were waiting for chicken nuggets but in the meantime everything else that they had sitting on that tray was cold I don’t understand why they didn’t just keep it all in the hot area until it was ready. I stood there another 6 minutes just watching the food sit there on the train everything was getting cold when they finally added the hot chicken nuggets I was able to receive the food it was basically an edible the fries were horrible the burgers nothing tasted good basically except for the chicken nuggets and I couldn’t even go back up there and have them remake it because there were so many people upset in the lobby still waiting to get their food who are now going on you know a half hour 40 minutes too. The manager he was a younger kid maybe you know in his late twenties or early thirties had earbuds in was so nonchalant you know like it was no big deal it was a very very disappointing experience and we didn’t even get a receipt so I can make a complaint about it because we use the kiosk they don’t like ringing people up there if they don’t have to they really try to encourage you to use the kiosks. This was the condition of the women’s bathroom and the think about this is there was an employee in the other stall who walked by this and wouldn’t use the restroom so I had to use this facility with my daughter and then she walked out after washing her hands and went straight back to work and didn’t tell anybody the manager or even tried to clean it up herself that’s how much they care. Over $40 for cold food. And the thing is we drive a good 30 minutes or so just to come to this location because of the play place

Look at the pic a roach came out of the drive thru window sold me a pie that the time l8ne had expired by 2.5 hours waited over 15 min in the drive thu line. After seeing the roach crawl out of the drive thu window I would not even eat my food. Your management need to clean it’s up on a 1 t0 I would give you a 1/2

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house, unfortunately its literally the #1 worst McDonald’s in Fl. They have gotten my order right exactly 1 time. I’ve ordered a mcchicken and gotten a burger I’ve asked for a quarter pounder and got a mcchichen. Its not even just a little off its all the way wrong. They never give napkins when ordered in drive through and if u ask for extra sauce you dont get any at all but then go in to have them fix it all u get is attitude and they pretty much throw them at ya. Whoever is running this store needs to be replaced with someone who can get the employees to not act like entitled children.

By far the worst location ever. Customer service is awful getting your food no matter how much you order or what time of day it’s always the slowest service. The employees including management are terrible idk how this place is still open. It’s only ever this location that’s always the worst. Gave my food to someone else after waiting 30 minutes. Just wanted a refund. I’ll drive the extra mile for a different location.

Absolutely awful! I am so tired of incompetence. I ordered 2 value meals. I asked for 2 sweet and sours and 1 hot mustard. The guy who took my order was right I read it and had to even pay for one of the sauces (hot mustard) it was only .29 I think but still. I get home and get 2 Honey Mustard. I can’t even get one of the sauces correct. I called and the manager wasn’t rude but he wasn’t nice either. I’m just irritated people make mistakes but it was on the receipt. Pat attention!

These people are nasty and rude how yall mad cause yall messed up my order and im mad because I have to drive 15 minutes here And back after surgery( double mastectomy) then to be rude and tell me you don’t have to give me my food or money back because yall didn’t provide a receipt then made me wait at the end for a drink instead of just making the drink trying to be nasty!! Went through the drive thru ordered 2-10 piece nuggets combos. No sauce in the bag, asked for sauce, they gave me two. Asked for more sauce explaining there was none in the bag. They asked for the bag back. Gave it to them. Girl, yes girl around the corner where she can’t be seen but heard running her mouth. I told the girl at the window to have her to the window. Of course she responds, she’s a minor. A minor or not doesn’t give you any reason to be rude. Girl at window gives me my bag back rolling her eyes. Now I completely understand why they have such bad reviews.

Adam was our party host for my daughter’s 7th birthday at this location. He was polite and quick to help with every request. My daughter had a great birthday because of him. His quick thinking solved a few problems of mine (I forgot tape, scissors, and other things for decorating). Forever grateful for this experience. Put him in management if he isn’t already, this guy exemplifies professionalism.

Poor food quality. They don’t listen to customer requests such as well done fries. Been there three times since I moved here – two were bad experiences. The other visit just your average ignore the customer stuff but food was OK. Tried calling after bad order and the manager just did not understand how my fries or nuggets could have been cold. That makes it seem like my fault somehow! If you’re in the area, try somewhere else.
