So, here’s what I ordered:
– 10 shrimp
– Corn nuggets
– Large punch
– Light ice
It would have been helpful if they had made a combo and included a drink, biscuit, or roll at this price. I understand that food is getting expensive, but the shrimp was very small for the price of $10. There’s no way.
On a positive note, the shrimp had a great flavor, with a taste similar to Lawry seasoning salt. The fruit punch was also quite good.
Overall, I had a fair experience, but I would have liked to have received a more comprehensive combo for said price. The bag was branded well and the presentation was fair. This place is expensive when compared to other states. The food good and prices high.

I ordered a meal from here tonight via Uber Eats and received undercooked, hard food! I do not recommend this place and when I called to speak to a manager a girl stated she didn’t know how she could help me no apology or anything for serving me fish that isn’t even cooked fully.

Angel at Hooks Seafood and Wings provided amazing customer service. She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct from start to finish. Angel had a great attitude and made the experience feel welcoming, even during a busy time. The food came out hot and fresh. Because of Angel, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for them!

So I ordered 2 meals online, on my way to work. Once I got to work and had the chance to stop and look at my food, my fish was old. It didn’t taste fresh. The slaw smelled funny. Now I have ordered and sat and wait plenty of times and my food seemed fresh… This why I thought I was safe…. But today my meal was different I threw it away…. Old fish and slaw. I bet I won’t spend my time here anymore. Because all orders should be created equally fresh no matter if a customer is looking at you or not. Today truly change my prospective of this place. Highly disappointed

Hooks Seafood never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—exactly what you want when you’re craving great seafood. The service really stood out too. Kaesi, Angel, Alina, and Salamata were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

We ordered 7 plates. The order was 100% correct. The young ladies at the front counter were very pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious and all of it was cooked fresh. The best plate was the grilled red snapper. You are sleeping if you are still eating at JJ’s.

I usually come here because the service and food is pretty amazing. Today I have no clue what was going on. I waited in the drive thru line over 30 mins after ordering. To get to the window to read my receipt and paid for something I did not order. Never once was my order said back at no time so yes that can be on me too. After corrected, I received burnt chicken wings , shrimps were cold and could tell they been cooked and was just sitting there. Fries and chicken came out hot aside the burnt ones I had. Along with the condiments wasted in the bag and leaked onto my seat.
