This place can get pretty busy but I’ve never had an issue with my orders. Just order what’s on the menu and stop beinf picky with your weird custom orders. Majority of the negative reviews are from entitled boomer karens with way too high of expectations. The employees are friendly and do their best to make sure the lines are moving. The food is what you expect from Mcdonalds. Not sure why people expect this to be 5 star food, it’s fast food that’s cheap and affordable.

Worst costumer service ever. Went there to get the BTS Tiny Tan and asked them what number does they had and they said they had number 8 which I didn’t had so I proceeded to ordered the meal. But when I received the order I got the different number(14) which I already had. So when I went to the counter to exchange the Tiny Tan they refused to exchange to the number 8 which previously told me they had.

Went to get some mcribs after class and bought 3 2 for 6 combos and the last two sandwiches in the bag had no top bread. Frys and soda were amazing just upset about missing bread.

Corporate office needs to see what their giving you as a ice cream. For more three dollars they are very inconsistent, and they are the smallest ice creams. You’ve ever seen in your entire life.This branch of mcdonald’s is the worst I have ever seen in my life

The drive thru has a pitiful layout. If you get in the far lane there is nothing to direct you to the inside lane before you reach the 1st window. I placed a large order but couldn’t merge into the window lane as it was crowed and without any direction, no way to get over into the correct lane. So I drove off with no food. Also deleted their app because I don’t need this kind of hassle and waste of time. Get your act together and install some decent signage and directions or arrows.
