Contacted McDonald’s corporate asking for a refund as I was unaware of the incorrect order until I left the location and was told they appreciate my feedback but will not make things right. My issue isn’t with the food or store. My issue is with the poor service by team lead / manager Julie. I walked into the lobby on 2/15/26 at 4:23pm. I was behind an elderly woman who had already places her order but was asking for GPS directions to a train station in Salisbury.
The manager stood adjacent to me, helping the elderly woman but did not acknowledge me. I was waiting for so long that I asked if someone could ring me up while she helped the other customer. Julie still didn’t acknowledge or look at me. When one if the associate’s walked by, she asked him to take my order. That is not appropriate behavior by a manager. It is okay to help a customer but all customers are important.

We ate here tonight on Thanksgiving. Traveling from Florida to ohio. We were starving and they were the only place open. We had to wait but I knew because it was going to be fresh. THE best French fries I have ever had from McDonald’s! Also the mcrib was great as well. Young man at the window told us Happy Thanksgiving. Good experience.

They close the dining room whenever they feel like even though it states until 11pm. Like at least change the hours! Then i went to drive thru and waited a whole 7 minutes before they spoke through the speaker. when i said finally I’ve been waiting for a while she said to go back around and wait more. I left and i never will come back.

Easily the most unreliable and inconsistent McDonald’s staff I’ve ever met. There is a very obvious miscommunication between leadership and staff, No one knows what’s going on. God forbid you go here on a holiday or Any day where it’s not sunny and 90° outside, they’re gonna let you down. I had the same issue two days in a row, Same staff same management.

I swear this is got to be the worst McDonald’s in the area. I ordered a smoothie online and I was gonna do curbside to pick it up. There was one car in the drive-through and there was nobody in the restaurant. It was over five minutes that I waited in the car. I decided to go in and get my smoothie and when I asked for it, the kid behind the counter was like why didn’t you make it and the other kid said oh I didn’t see it….sorry. So whatever he might not have seen it. So a few minutes later, when I got it handed to me, The large that I bought was a little over half full. When I asked the kid is this really a large he said that’s the machine.
