Waited for about 15 min for someone to come speak to us. Waitress stopped at our table said she was going to start with our table, I told her what I wanted to drink and she cut me off to say “oh I’m not taking your order I’m just asking if you are okay”. Shocked and speechless I just replied with “I guess I am…”. A long time went by she came back and said she didn’t mean to be rude but she wasn’t ready to take my order. I told her it was fine and asked if I was allowed to order now. While placing our order she interrupted us three times to say she could get a different waitress. My husband and I both stated no reason to we just wanted to place our order…I expressed to her that I was thirsty and just wanted my drink! After she took our order she never came back to our table, she never spoke to us again. A different waitress came by with our appetizer and said “oh you all don’t have drinks”! She took our drink order, the manager brought them. Several minutes later our new waitress came to tell us she would be waiting on us now. The end of our meal, we spoke to the manager. Well my husband did because the manager would not even look at me. The waitress walked up to listen to what was being said and for someone to have been “crying cause she was yelled at” she was yelling and being very disrespectful especially for an employee! Her manager had to keep telling her to back off and go away but she kept trying to yell over everyone causing a scene!

Food was good but not great, but what good the food was, was overtaken by the crappiest service I have ever had at any restaurant. The wait was long and I expressed my displeasure with the waitress and she continued to ask if we wanted a new waitress, we were trying to place our drink order and couldn’t because she kept asking if we wanted it different waitress. I had to raise my voice to get her to stop just so I could place the order. After that she never came back and she pushed us on to another girl who was pretty nice and helpful but when we spoke to the manager about the first one he placed it off like he didn’t believe us and she was just the greatest waitress there.

This branch meets all the standards and expectations we have. The food was good. We had street taco and wings. They both were delicious. The beer was cold and good, too.

The service was nice. We visited right at 11am for early lunch. We were the second customer walking and sitting at the bar, so they were not busy. The staff was nice and welcoming.

We hadn’t been here in quite some time. We went on a Thursday evening, and it wasn’t crazy busy, which was nice. No wait to be seated. Our waitress had just started working there 3 days prior to our visit. They offered a few happy hour specials, which was nice. It saved a few dollars. They did have an additional special on boneless wings that night also. We ordered an appetizer and our main entrees. We also ordered a strawberry margarita. All of our food was good. I had ordered the boneless wings, and I thought it was great that you could get celery and carrots on the side. Growing up in NY, we always got them when we ordered wings. My husband’s burger was extremely good, he said. The fries were just ok. Our appetizer was fried cheese curds, and they were also really good. I had lots of leftover chicken and cups of blue cheese dressing to dip them in. I’m sure we will be going back there the next time we are in the mood for chicken wings.

The food was excellent. I was very disappointed that my drink was flat. I returned it, the bartender said it was “probably her gun, she would fix another”. I am pretty sure she gave the drink to our server and she topped it off with the soda machine. I talked to the manager and he returned it to me, at first I thought it was ok, but really it was not!! How long does it take to change the gun at the bar and fix that issue. Shame on you!!! Very disrespectful of your customers! Fix the soda bar gun for Pete’s sake! OR, tell the customer to order something else, PLEASE!

Main point: I’ve eaten here for years. They’ve had ups and downs with their service and food; however, I’m completely done with them. This is a shame, because my family loved coming here and coming together for years. Please read on for the experience. All-in-all, I’m tired of dealing with shiesty management and/or staff. Always check your order before leaving here.

I ordered 15 boneless, 4 ranches (included with the wings), large potato wedges, large Southwest ranch, chipotle dry rub, and the new golden fire sauce.

I did a call ahead for pickup on Jan 11, 2026 at 5:08 PM to be ready at 530. I got there around 2 minutes early, and walked up to the front desk. I waited 12 minutes before anyone actually came to help me. I was passed by about 4-5 different employees multiple times, they were not “slammed” or carrying orders. Actually I watched two waiters pass back and forth a tray a few times in the middle of the dining area. How fun!

Finally someone from the back came out and asked if I had been helped, I said no, they turned around and went to the back (no questions asked besides that), and it didn’t appear they did anything. I wanted another 7 minutes before someone finally came to ask me if I had been helped.

When one of the ladies finally brought my order out, I opened the bag and pulled out 15 bone-in wings and a box of fries. The order was completely wrong and the sauce on half of the wings weren’t right either. When I waited and asked for it to be replaced I was told they didn’t have wedges so they just threw fries in there. So, not only were they replacing an item with something without asked, something I do not like (I do NOT like skinny fries or care for the taste of them), **it was of a lesser value than the item i paid for**. Is that even legal? Please remember, I WAS NOT TOLD. I only knew because I checked my order while standing there. I was upset, but I did not visually or verbally get upset with anyone. That really never serves any purpose.

The other lady behind the counter said she would go get the manager and the woman bringing my order really didn’t offer me any options.

The manager came out and basically said look, we have no wedges and no tator tots (didnt ask for those either), but we can refund you a dollar for the difference. I had to once again explain, I do NOT like the fries. Basically he just said write your info down and we’ll return your money for the fries. I was never offered anything of the same or greater value and now I’ve also paid for a dry rub (that I put on the wedges) that I have no use for. I was NOT refunded for that.

This is the SECOND time I’ve ordered to-go food and this BW3 and they’ve turned me away without something I’ve ordered and it was wedges BOTH TIMES. Seems like poor food management / ordering to me.

Needless to say, the boneless wings tasted like they had just been sitting back there for awhile. There was only about a minute wait in getting the wings returned back to me even though I probably waited 20 minutes over the time that I was supposed to receive my order.

If you go here, best of luck. Their food is pretty decent if you have a good waiter/waitress and your order comes out correct. That’s a bunch of big IFs though.

Quaker Steak isn’t far away, so I guess I know where I’ll definitely start going. I’m really tired of spending gas, wasting time, and never getting what I ordered or treated decently by the staff at this restaurant.

Don’t recommend if you order online, we placed an order online tonight. Half of the order was wrong and we didn’t recieve the other half. We called to let them know after figuring it out when I got home, and they wanted me to bring the order back before they would do anything even after explaining that I live a hour away from the store. Completely unacceptable. Even offered to send pics of what we received and that wouldn’t work for them! They messed up the order and refused to give us any type of discount for the future or try to make it right. I will not be back! We eat there quite often too.

My son had boneless wings with bbq, Nashville hot, Buffalo and garlic parm. I had the Buffalo tots, highly recommend! Over all today 4.90

I wouldn’t give them one star if it wasn’t required! Worst customer service! Took 26 minutes after being seated to take our order! Once food was finally delivered, I asked for ranch which was finally served. I asked for napkins because we didn’t have a single one. Waitress literally threw them on the table and walked off! “Manager” came out to speak with us and when told the situation, we were told to leave! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! We aren’t from the area and we are here to visit again, I WON’T EVER step foot in this place again!!!
Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!
Initially we were told 20+ minutes for seating to give kitchen staff a break. Place wasn’t crowded!!!!
