Amazing experience at Thai Lang Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious with authentic Thai flavors. Every dish we ordered was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. The presentation was also very nice.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave great service. The restaurant has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a good meal.
Highly recommended if you are craving authentic Thai food. I will definitely come back again! ✨

I do not get the high rating of restaurants here in the Philippines. Amazingly bad. I have just been to Thailand two weeks ago and this is a disgrace towards the Thai cuisine! The beef tasted disgusting, old and no real flavour. The curry dish tasted like water and looked disgusting.
The eggs were black in the bottom apparently from the pan, which I found out after I have had eaten 1.5 eggs.
Even the mango shake was the worst I have tried here in the Philippines.
We ended up with stomach ache.
The toilet was really nasty.
I got a partial refund but it should have been completely free.

We were mis-lead by the averrage stars here on google. The location is ok, the toilets very local, the menu overseeable, the staff kind, the food portion quite smaller, but the taste was simply not typical Thai and I have been eating Thai in several countries including Thailand (view vegetables, not the creamy taste of coconut and also the spices were not the same).

On a recommendation by hotel staff, tried Thai Lang for authentic Thai cuisine. Location was convenient right along the street to Alona beach, dining space was well organized, clean, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated with lots of stand fans to cool guest. Ordered trad Thai faves like som tam, pork laarb, fried spring rolls, tom yum, tofu panang curry, chicken pad thai, thai fried rice and bbq platter of pork satay, grilled pork chops and rolls. Taste of Thai cuisine in the laarb dish. However, rest were missing distinct flavors associated with Thai cooking:som tam or green papaya salad lack the umami brought by crushed dried shrimps and roasted peanuts, panang green curry was bland, tom yum could have been richer with coco milk and mix of spices like galangal, kfir etc. Pad Thai and the rest of the dishes were more or less local renditions which is not surprising as staff mentioned the restaurant offered more of Philippines-Thailand cooking fusion. Single served orders mostly except for the platter at prices perhaps pegged to forex using guests. Wait staff and services were superb, accomodating and attentive.

We waited for at least 30 minutes for our food to come. The drinks took at least 20 minutes as well. We ordered 2 frozen daiquiri and a frozen margarita, to which all 3 was extremely bland. We are a group of 3 from Hong Kong, and we would say the taste of all the food served tonight was not on the edible scale. Only the pork fried in basil was edible, but no where near good tasting. The price does not reflect either the service, decor, nor food taste. We could not even finish most of the food because it was so bad.

The pad Thai was great but we ordered spring rolls which were a starter and they were meant to come out before our pad Thais and they didn’t come out until 10 mins after we had finished our mains! They also run out of mango sticky rice so I was disappointed

A bit surprised that the food in Panglao can be pricey. But Thai Lang resto was such a nice find—good portions, tasty dishes, and the prices were pretty reasonable! I had the shrimp pad thai and mango sticky rice, and both were . Definitely bookmarking this spot as my go-to when I’m hungry and can’t decide where to eat—I know I won’t regret it!

Had a very good experience at this restaurant. Ordered the pad Thai and papaya salad. Both were excellent and I would order both again. Order the black lemonade, but it was just meh. The red milk tea was excellent and would definitely get that again. The service was excellent and very attentive.
