Best make your own pizza in the known world! Half pizza special is the bomb, with 1/2 pizza and 1/2 salad, the pizza was so good and loaded, the salad was huge, enough for 2 people! Have to say, Jude was super service oriented, give him a high five and $25 gift card somewhere! Can’t wait to go back.

This is a go to when I’m here in Knoxville. I love the build your own pie and being able to get it how I want it! I typically do a meat with a few veggies with a mixture of red sauce and spicy sauce! Always delicious and hits the spot. Haven’t tried anything else, but it all looks good. Pizza is thin crust and just enough to fill you up!

The Blaze Pizza Turkey Creek Knoxville location had quick service and a very clean restaurant. The employees were very friendly and I observed them constantly cleaning the dining room. Employees on the food line worked as a team during the build your own salad and pizza process. My pizza came out quickly and perfectly baked. I also liked the music playing in the background. I highly recommend this location.

Blaze makes excellent pizzas, prices are very competitive, and the staff and manager are very friendly. If you have celiac or sensitivity to gluten, they offer gluten free and cauliflower crusts. They are our go to pizza restaurant. I highly recommend them.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was shocked how great of a deal and quality I got for the price! I got the half salad half pizza deal and couldn’t finish it all. The customizable ingredients were outstanding and generous portions. Really enjoyed my meal and time there. Will be back again soon!

While the food at Blaze is very delicious, I want to shout out the staff here for being so kind, patient, and understanding of my husband’s gluten allergy. Everyone was very communicative, they all changed their gloves, used uncontaminated bins of ingredients to dress our pizzas, and didn’t make us feel like we were holding up the line or being an inconvenience. The service and compassion is a 10/10, and on top of that the food is excellent. I’d pay a lot to know how they make their gluten free crust!!
