We ain’t here for supper last night. We were seated immediately and there were a lot of seats and the place was busy. We had margaritas but they could have been more fruity. We ordered a burrito and tacos. Both of our meals were very good. Their salsa is nice and thick. Their chips were warm and fresh. There was plenty of parking and it was wheelchair accessible. They did have vegetarian and gluten-free options. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very good food with friendly staff. Today, we got queso (5/5 ✨) to enhance our chips and dip. We strongly recommend it. The fajitas (with broccoli and pineapple was regarded as “okay,” but that’s coming from someone who typically isn’t a “fajita person”). My quesadilla fajita was very good. And a plain beef taco with a cheese quesadilla was a hit – and regular – choice for our third (child) patron.

Tried the Fajita Volcano and wow, it was delicious! It came out sizzling hot with a mix of steak, chicken, and shrimp, all perfectly seasoned and loaded with grilled peppers onions topped with melted cheese! The presentation was super fun too! It really does look like a little volcano when it comes out! The flavors were rich and smoky, and the portion size was good! The guacamole is actually to die for, super fresh and flavorful. The chips and salsa were really good too, crispy, warm chips and perfectly seasoned salsa. The service was great, and I really enjoyed the overall vibes of the place. It can get a little busy at times, but honestly, it’s worth it. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re craving good Mexican food!

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always good. Tonight was exceptional. The fajita quesadilla was the perfect combination of beans, veggies, chicken and cheese. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. The pico and guacamole made it even more delicious. My husband had the burria plate. He loved it. The margaritas were so good and they made me happy. We always enjoy this place but tonight was our best experience yet!

Great margaritas, salsa and fantastic atmosphere. That’s where the magic ends. Waited over 20 minutes to get a drink but to be fair, it was 6p on a Friday night. Still 20 minutes was a bit long. We ordered a pitcher of lime
Margaritas. They were excellent. We asked for spicy salsa and jalapeños. It took 3 reminders and 25 minutes to get the salsa. Jalapeños never arrived. Again, busy Friday night. We ordered the new beef tacos and enchiladas Mole. The beef was extremely mushy. The mole sauce on the enchiladas was so sweet, they were not edible. Very disappointing. The beans and rice were good and warm. Will try one more time when they’re not so busy.

We love El Maguey! Out dishes are always delicious and the service is always quick and attentive. I got the new Birria Burrito and it was fantastic. I love that our salsa had just a bit of spice to it as well.

I decided to try something new so I got the Plato Birria and it was by far some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. The meat was so tender and flavorful! This will now be my go to entree.

Ordered the Chalupas with rice and beans. Very good! This was an online order for pick up. It was ready in about 25 minutes (with multiple other orders). You just park in the pick up area then they are prompt to get you your order. Also, ordered the 32 oz top shelf margarita. It was big enough for four people. Just keep in mind it is very strong. The order also came with their chips and salsa. Very satisfied!

El Maguey has amazing Mexican Food and great service. Their salsa is outstanding, the chips were very bland but once you dip them in the salsa it’s impossible to stop eating them. The portion sizing are very large and the food is very flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Mexican Food.
