Solid torta! I went with my usual (shredded chicken with a little bit of chorizo) and it was really good. Chicken was tender and juicy, chorizo nicely browned, vegetables fresh and plentiful, bread warm from the griddle and fresh. All in all, close to perfect!
If you’re not familiar with tortas, give one a shot next time you see it on the menu. It’s a completely different way to enjoy Mexican food.

We went inside and ordered our food to go. Once inside the restaurant, you’ll see it’s colorful and inviting. There are many vibrant depictions of cultural life everywhere. We placed our order with the man behind the front counter and he said we could wait the 10-15 minutes at the bar.
We saddled up to the bar expecting one of the 2 attendees would ask us if we’d like a drink – neither did during the time we waited.
We were told our order was ready by the man who took our order, he came and let us know.
The food looks appealing. It tasted good. The tacos, specifically the Al Pastor, are a little small, but we’re fine by me since I also ordered rice and beans. The fajitas serving was nice and a lot, but were supposed to include shrimp, but was left out. All in all the food ranked a good average ranking.
I would return here and try something different, but probably not sit at the bar

Fantastic quality at a very reasonable price. The chicken tacos I got were fresh and tasty. Meal was delivered 5 minutes after I placed my order, and I was able to be in and out of the establishment within 15 minutes.

Excellent Mexican Food and great value for the money. The nachos are fabulous and loaded woth shredded chicken (if thats the option you choose). And their lunch portions are very filling. The dining areas are also super clean.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here so it was nice to walk in to a bit of a facelift on the facility. This place is newer so it really didn’t need much but they got all new tables and some chairs and a bit of new decor.
I noticed a few new faces here too.
I love the speedy service and the food is always very good. I think they’ve changed up their chips but I still enjoyed them.
I ordered the taco salad and my husband ordered chicken. Both were delicious.
Our server was punctual and kept on drinks (a big deal to my husband).

This was our first visit to Sergio’s. We are glad we stopped in today. The employees are very friendly and the food is awesome. I had their Shrimp Chimichanga and let me tell you, it’s delicious! My husband had an enchilada dinner and he also said those were great too.

Enjoyed our meal at Sergio’s! Hubby had their special burrito which was the size of his platter! I had fish tacos, very authentic and the red and green salsa mix perfect. Both meals were delish! The chips were fresh and salsa was just right on heat – They had hotter! We topped off our dinner with fried ice cream since they were out of sopapillas. The service was perfect, and we were surprised they weren’t busy. Nice start to our fall Lake of the Ozarks vacation.

And these had a taste that was just a little bit different. Amazing, but different than anywhere around here. I i can confidently say these were the best I have had this side of South Texas. 10 out of 10 recommend I will definitely be back.
