Went here last night. Unbelievable wait time for a short 3 car line. Got up to the window finally, lady polite, repeated my order back to me and ask if I wanted condiments. I told her ketchup. She have me my food and drink and I drove off. I tested my fries, cold and half full. But I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get them redone so I took the L. I get home, I notice that she didn’t give me ketchup but all strawberry jam packets and she didn’t give me a fruit punch she gave me pink lemonade. And on top of it being cold and nasty I got food poisoning and end up throwing all of it back up 2 hours later. Never again. check your food before u leave this location.

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. The woman working drive thru today between 9-9:30 today was HORRIBLE! Her attitude was HORRIBLE! She was rude and acted as if she couldn’t wait for me to hand her change. The restaurant was empty and there was no one else in drive thru! She did end the transaction with a saying in a very nasty tone, “have a great day” and slammed the window shut and walked away. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION! I tried it for the LAST TIME! The food was lackluster and the employee needs more training. I tossed the food because I didn’t trust it was not tainted.

I posted a negative review earlier to which Burger King promptly responded with a link to go to a page to fill out that they demanded the receipt of my purchase before they would deal with it which is precisely the problem I sat at that location for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and eventually gave up and drove off 20 minutes later with no food and then empty belly to which their response is please fill out a complaint form with your receipt they are missing the point.

20 minutes sitting in the drive through, no response no service so I left. Try reading the complaint before sending me a link that doesn’t resolve my issue

The last few times I’ve been here was terrible service. After I ordered on the app I had to wait 20 minutes after giving them 15 to get to the restaurant and they still gave me the wrong sandwich, I had to go in and get it fixed. Then I was forced to wait another 20 minutes on my next order and the food came out cold and this most recent time I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my food, I ordered a special burger with extra bacon, patty and cheese and didn’t get anything extra, the patties tasted like they had been cold and warmed over a few times and I discovered that all the fries and onion rigs were dumped all over the bag. Terrible terrible service recently. Not planning on returning here any time soon.

I just order an impossible burger with just onion lettuce tomato and pickles… I was customer 66 on my receipt!!! Keep the lady that works the drive thru!!! She legit!!! Food was fresh!! The best I had yet!!!!

I gave this BK a 4 because they were out of the and drink that comes with the Sponge Bob Square Pants meal. The two items were replaced with a pie and a drink. The young man with braids who took the order was very nice. He did explain about the pie and drink situation. My daughter was very excited to get this Sponge Bob meal. It was expensive, $17.

I went on Saturday, November 8 as indicated in the invoice, we were never attended by the person who should be there, it was the one in the kitchen, when giving me the food the person who should be at the window literally threw the food at me, that’s why I put until the indicated time to check the cameras, gentlemen I’m not going to ask you I pay for my food and you do a job, if you don’t like to work or don’t like to deal with people look for another job but you all deserve respect. DO NOT ORDER THE SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN WRAP. ITS GROSS.

Saw the new commercial for the new bk wrap and went on up there to get one. Luckily, I looked at or before I pulled off. It was on a old stale tortilla, balled up, wilted lettuce, full of grease, and with no tomato. DISTURBED at this wrap, I pulled back around to ask if this was it. The manager said he would remake them for me and he actually made me two. Although those looked more like the picture on the menu, they did not taste good. I got them “spicy” but it was sweet teriyaki sauce on them??? Not good at all. Not even worth the $2.99.
