I ate at Fazoli’s yesterday and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions were satisfying. The breadsticks were really good.
Service was quick and friendly, making the visit even better. Jackie was the best, she explained us the options and then checked if we needed anything else later on.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the food came out fast without feeling rushed. Angel took care of our order as cashier and came after to check with us if everything tasted good. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal, and I left feeling satisfied. I would definitely eat at Fazoli’s again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty, affordable Italian-style meal.

I haven’t been to Fazolis since maybe 1998! Used to go a lot with my mom. We had one in Oviedo. Well we finally went in with our boys and told them all about the unlimited breadsticks! It did not disappoint. Store was clean, food was good, cheap (we got the lunch special for only $7.99 two items and a drink and the service was great. Marisol was wonderful! They are lucky to have her. Overall, it was very nostalgic for my husband and I.

I haven’t been to a Fazoli’s since like 2002 and I thought they had all closed down. Drove by fashion square for the first time and I just had to try it! Great prices, super clean restaurant, very attentive. Obviously, it’s not gourmet Italian. But in this economy, can’t complain cause they keep it affordable. 4.99 pizza breadsticks were pretty good

Solid food. I had the baked meatballs with spaghetti and marinara sauce. My son had a pepperoni pizza. We enjoyed everything plus today they had spin the wheel for their 2 year anniversary and we won a free brownie. First time here. Great customer service.

Appreciate the service and good here at this location. Food was delayed due to a dinner rush and Angel went above and beyond to check in with us often,bring breadsticks to the table and her manager assisted with providing service recovery (even though we were perfectly content waiting for our food). Great customer service and Angel went above and beyond!
