I like sonic for snacks. I love that. They have a huge combination of drinks with add-ins as well as shakes and they have a good creamy ice cream. I particularly don’t care for icy ice cream. So sonic and Dairy Queen are my go to’s for ice cream fixes. And then they have a nice mixture of small snacks like tater tots, onion rings, cheese, sticks, French toast, sticks, and so on.

I also like that their servers will come into the drive-through line and give you your food if there’s a hold up at the front. They do a good job trying to keep things moving.

As far as any Sonic goes, this is a good neighborhood fast food place.

The burger looked like it was literally thrown together. I had to reassemble it before I ate it. The patties were off the bun, and the toppings were barely on it as well. The bun was also burnt. This place didn’t used to be this bad, but the last few times I’ve come here, my burgers have been assembled as if they were just thrown together and not properly placed on. Something needs to be done, I understand it gets busy, but assembling food together like that is just unnecessary.

THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I waited 35 minutes for food at this location. This is not the first time I have had this experience. They are slow, rude and the food tastes like it has been sitting for a while, not to mention there have been times where we have had car hops ask for additional tips in a round about way. Our experience today resulted in illuminating the button on the intercom for assistance and no answer. It is worth noting we went at lunch time around 12:40 and there were a total of maybe 5 cars there. The drive thru was moving cars through very rapidly during the time we were there; but the mobile orders and car hops were just sitting. My husband ended up having to get out of the car to track down a car hop; and asked for a manager to come to the car and speak with him about a refund along with our food. The manager never came to the car, then our order disappeared from the screen and no information was provided to us. He got out again to go to the door and ask what was going on. He was then informed that the money had been returned to the card but we didn’t get the food and that the manager was too busy to attend a customer. When we walked away 3 construction guys were eating and informed my husband they waited 45 minutes for their food to show up. Despite the fact that they stated it did not matter if they had to wait because they weren’t far from where they needed to be, the principal of the matter is that they waited 45 minutes. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Sonic is considered fast food, and this is far from that. 15 minutes + is way to long to wait for food that is not described as a sit down or something other than fast food. When we left, there were 4 other customers standing at the door looking for their food. Such a disappointment. Let me also point out I am not angry we didn’t receive the food after the refund. I got a refund that is fine, I am angry that I was not told anything and that I waited for that long for my husband to be treated with such disrespect. We have both worked in fast food and understand the demand on time and how things can go awry when short staffed; but this was beyond ridiculous and should NEVER have been handled the way it was, despite being short staffed. If you can move cars through the drive through quickly you can move carhops and mobile orders just as quick.

I normally don’t post a negative review but tonight required one. I placed an online order around 10:30 this evening for a sonic bacon burger combo. I come home to find my tator tots were so overcooked they were hard, and my burger has nothing on it, no lettuce, no bacon, no cheese. Just two burgers on a bun. I come here often but this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this, makes me not even want to eat my food.

Complete incompetence. Ordered 4 burgers with different toppings online. Picked up and got home to 4 burgers with mayo and ketchup. Called and they said they would replace. Verified toppings. Arrived and they hadn’t started yet. Waited near half an hour, order came out, incorrect again. Manager came out to verify, check burger. Remade and order arrived again, incorrect time three. Ended up taking the incorrect order then went to another restaurant to get dinner. Too bad I can’t give a zero rating as one is way too high.

This sonic location has seemingly been stepping it up lately. I had been pretty dissatisfied the last few times I’d gone previously…old, hard nuggets, rubbery hotdogs, gross limeades…but I’ve been craving them more lately and gone twice in the past week and a half, and they did pretty good! I hope they keep it up, because I was one gross order away from swearing them off before!

Now it used to be 5 star bc ive always received excellent service at this location I cant bring myself to drop it more than 1 star and the lady on carhop duty did what she could to fix it but my online order was incorrect twice even on the remake I ordered an ultimate meat breakfast burrito withsausage bacon egg cheese and tots and a Jr bacon egg and chz I at first received 2 frito chili cheese burritos i get it new guy in the back no big deal but he remade it and I still only got bacon egg and cheese and I was really wanting the ultimate with sausage and tots considering I paid the extra for it im not having them remake it again but to the guys in the back I get being in a hurry but paying attention to detail is the real key here and ultimate meat burrito has all the breakfast meats not just bacon and where I appreciate the remake and it being nice and hot next time I would like my sausage lol I just didnt want to end up taking more burritos idk what to do with home and I hate wasting food so now im looking for a friend to give a couple burritos to i can say that yall were as always spot on with my dirty dr pepper. I will honestly never go to the location on 321 in maryville again bc the dirty dr pepper I got from them last I had to waste due to wrong portions making my drink sour and nasty I always look to yall as my go to drink stop

Me and my gma went here they were rude to her and me. When we were ordering through the drive through he was rude with an attitude. Then when we got our food we asked for some more ranches they gave us ONE. Btw never get the ice cold brew it tastes like dirty water no taste at all. When we left they lacked good service they never said have a good day or anything

We have ordered here multiple times in the last year or so and every single order has been made wrong or was missing items. Last week we ordered three drinks only and all three were wrong. I used to work at this exact sonic and was astounded by how a simple three drink order was so wrong. The service and quality of this location has tanked over the last few years.
