The drive through is a joke. They have you park saying it will be a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later I have to walk into the store and stand for another 10 minutes before being helped. Then then walk over to the drive through and my foods been sitting the on the counter for 40 minutes and they hand it to me. By the time I make it home its cold. The same employee had double charged me weeks prior by charging gor my food and yhe vehicle behind me. Luckily i realized it. Im about to the point where I dont want to return to this location any longer. The service here has gone downhill so bad its disgusting. Handing someone food thats been sitting for 30-35 minutes when they spend 25-40 dollars is unacceptable. The worker didn’t even include the teriyaki sauce i asked for either.

Went in there to order they had no chow mein left it was cabbage at the bottom and maybe a couple couple of noodles we asked the young lady for fresh chow mein. She scooped a half a scoop of chow mein and everything else after that was Half scoops. as for beef and broccoli, we got broccoli, no beef And the juice from the bottom of the Pan that it was in my suggestion if she’s there serving you ask for somebody else.

First time eating there food tasted great however I did get food poisoning and been sick since I ate there last Wednesday. It was the last helping of the veggie rice and sesame chicken idk if that had anything to do with it or not…I will have to try again sometime and hopefully my experience will be better…

Worst part about it was I got all the way to the counter after waiting in line for 30 minutes and the cashier walks away because of a mobile order and they have literally 10 people behind the counter. I had to catch a woman who was taking an order out to a car to ask her how much tax was on my little bitty, medium container of chow mein, and I just threw the five dollar bill and walked out because that was such poor customer service I am truly appalled.

Hey, so why are we paying nearly 10 dollars on a bowl, only to get 4 pieces of chicken and the rest be onions and peppers? I know we’ll and good that there should be more chicken than that in my order, so why are workers always so stingy with it?

You raise the prices of food, and make the portions smaller. Fix this!!!

I was a bit hesitant to try this place since I read a lot of reviews I didn’t care for. However, I was in the neighborhood and craving something Asian, so I decided to give it a whirl. I must have come at about a prime time, because my experience was pretty good. For the record, it was on a Sunday about 11:30AM or so. Anyhow, staff was friendly and helpful, and no one seemed to be acting out of line, as I’ve read can happen here. Food was also warm and fresh, and didn’t appear that they were out of anything. Place was clean over all (granted, they probably just opened for the day). I dined in, and there were others that followed, and I didn’t notice any difference in the staff from what I experienced when others were ordering, nor from what I could hear from drive thru. There are enough people with complaints against the same issues, so I’m fairly confident there have been consistent issues here and need for improvement, but the above is my honest review from my visit, and it was a decent one. I’ll be back at some point I’m sure, and can always update and/or write another if things are different at that point. But for today, it was pretty good over all.

Visited this store a week ago. Service, food, atmosphere ok. In fact staff on food line were great, friendly. Today, order was incorrect and when I returned it with receipt, the manager customer service was off. Asked what I ordered; I stated the order, manager did not open box until I said to do so. Don’t be mad with the customer when your staff mess up. Manager rushed to redo order, never said sorry for the error; felt like I was being rushed out. Manager needs training to improve customer service. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at the drive-thru. The customer service was unacceptable — the employee assisting me seemed very upset and had a bad attitude. She also took my order incorrectly, and the food was poorly made.

Management needs to pay closer attention to how customers are treated and to the quality of the food being served.

Their walnut shrimp is to die for. I’m glad we live an hour away, otherwise I’d be eating it every other day. The orange chicken is also fabulous! I can’t rate the atmosphere because we used the drive-thru.

Ordered through Uber eats, as I am here on business. As another poster stated, I basically paid for noodles. The chicken was almost non-existent, and they were tiny pieces. I felt like I got the bottom of the bowl. Do better with quality control.
