Ordered mccrispy strips. 10 PC nuggets 2 large fries. The strips were soft and not crispy and both of the fries were soft and undercooked. Also ordered a large sweat tea and the tea was out where you get your drinks from and the lady took the cup around back and filled the cup. Wasn’t nearly as good as it normally is.

I did a curbside pickup at the North Water St. location in Decatur, IL and it was brought out to me within 5 minutes of arrival. The employee was friendly and my order was correct. I will return to this location again for the great service!

Please tell me why the cheese is this color??? Omg worst food I’ve ever gotten ever!!! Gross is being nice, cold ,smushy,and cheese is bright orange and crusted,,, I eat here all the time I have no clue what happened!! This was delivered to me, The whole order was not edible. It scares me why they would put food in somebody’s order like this ,it was ordered right away. It was delivered right away.

Don’t let them rush you away from the window after you get your food! Double check it, they will forget stuff or just not GAD. Also they will park you and forget to bring out the food it will sit on the counter and not a soul in the building has any idea that it needs to be taken outside!

Sat down to eat and we get a young McDonald employee. That was sitting down not working. Was videoing us eating. She stopped when I stared at her till she stopped. Another male worker was looking over her shoulder to see what she was videoing. She had long braids with pink in them. She beware employ’s are taking video of you while at McDonald’s. Probably making fun of customers.

Got my order wrong and when I called to see if I could go get the food I didn’t get, had the nerve to tell me to look at the receipt because I only got charged for what I got. I don’t care that you only charged me for the wrong shit! I had enough money to pay for what I actually ordered or I wouldn’t have ordered it. I don’t need your help budgeting my money I need you to pay attention and give me what I ordered. And sorry I didn’t double check my order on the screen but it’s their job to get it right. This McDonalds burgers are more dry than a bucket of salmon. I just ordered 3 hamburgers. They were plain with 0 ketchup. 0 mustard. Like 1 chopped onion.
