I dashed some food for MY CHILD how yall not gonna put no meat on a taco. The cinnamon twist taste like cardboard and I asked for no ice and everything is literally cold as ice that don’t make no sense if I could, I will give you negative stars I work in fast food so it’s not that hard If it was me, I probably wanna have cared, but this is literally for a child

Was excited about the y2k menu, the chili cheese burrito was my fav!! Look at that pitiful thing!! What’s even worse is they told me it was correct. That it’s one scoop per burrito..not an ounce of cheese in sight either. $3 dollars for meat water. Definitely not how they used to be.. also, asked for no lettuce on the taco and since they forget they just scooped it out taking most of the meat and cheese with it. Don’t waste your time even going there today!

Sad. Just sad. I am incredibly sad. Because I know taco bell can be good. Taco bell can be great even. Sometimes it’s 10 p.m. and you’ve had a long day, and the only thing that can make it better is a chicken quesadilla and nacho fries. You go and place the order and they wait until you get to the window to let you know they ran out of fries hours ago. Then they give you a piece of tortilla with so little cheese that you could fit it in the CD slot of your Playstation 5 and call it a quesadilla. If I wanted that, I would go back to public school. I came for the greatness of taco bell told in legends of yore. I received disappointment. And they were rude to me and that hurt my feelings, and when I got home my dog could tell and he was sad. Taco Bell, do you want my dog’s tears on your hands?

This place always gets something wrong, they are lazy, they are rude, and they are disrespectful, especially the closing shifts. Just an overall bad place to eat. If you tell them they got something wrong in a polite way, they will still give you an attitude. Employees seem incompetent, messy, and unprofessional. The laziest people I have ever seen in the food industry. With the attitude that they give, it is hard to tell if they do these things on purpose or if they are just that lazy. There have been plenty of times that I have ordered a crunchwrap (and I mean every time I get the crunchwrap) that it has been super uneven. Tomatoes, lettuce and sour creme on one side, and meat on the other. This place makes me never want to get taco bell again.

I usually get the nuggets. Literally the only thing I get from here for my son. This is what I got today. I pulled up to the window to pay. She took my money asked me could I pull all the way up then back up to the window. When I asked why, she had an attitude. She then says “just do it.” I said ok. The other girl acted like they were trying to look at my car since its a Mach E. I said ok. I did. Then the other girl came up and said they had a “ghost car”. Whatever that meant. They needed to reset the clock. I asked for fire ranch and they gave me bell sauce. When I asked she was like, “oh we out.” when I got home my poor kid was forced to throw all this crap in the trash. None of it was edible. They were either hard little burnt pieces of flour or burnt tiny bits of chicken. I’m so disappointed. I guess I’ll have to hold up the line next time and check my food for quality or just not come back. -.- I can no recommend at this time.

Consistently poor service across the board. God forbid you go to this taco bell, especially in the evening, they will treat you like placing even the most basic order is an affront to society and nature. Literally every time I have come to this place, I have been disappointed one way or another.
Went in the drive-through not too long ago for nacho fries, they let me place the order only to tell me they don’t have fries. Another time, they didn’t even season the fries. Frequently menu items like burritos are made with the ingredients totally separated. I’m sorry, but no one wants to bite into a burrito expecting a mix of meat and toppings only to get a mouthful of straight sour cream. Drinks poorly mixed, items left out of the order (and to be honest, sometimes with the attitude they always give it feels intentional), food made with less than the bare minimum effort – and amount! Did I mention the ATTITUDE?

Place an order online at 11:00 PM for me and my fiancé since we both worked late today .. online order was a build your own Deluxe Box for the both of us. We showed up went through the drive through. Soft taco and Cheesy Gordita crunch was requested to be no lettuce. Both had lettuce even tho it was a small amount like they scrapped it off principle still stands. That was just one part I’m writing this review because in our boxes we ordered the cheeses fiesta Potato’s the drive through did not inform us at the speaker nor at the window nor the online portion that the store didn’t have these available. my fiancé checked our orders and it wasn’t till i brought the food back in to be fixed that they informed us that they couldn’t sell the Fiesta Potato’s to us due to them being short on boxes. However they offered to fix my food by supplementing it with soft tacos. I feel as tho the staff and store could have informed us at the window or on the speaker of the issue instead of waiting till i saw my order was messed up. poor customer service on beginning half For sure

This taco bell genuinely sucks. The employees genuinely ALWAYS have the absolute worst attitudes. They mess up orders so often it feels deliberate and out of spite. And don’t even THINK about ordering chips and cheese or nacho fries – because they will fill that cheese cup far less than halfway every single time. Burritos are made like a toddler was experimenting in the kitchen after mom left for 2.5 seconds. Tacos are cold. And the ATTITUDE!!! It’s insane. This taco bell was one of the BEST three years ago. Management has gotten lazy.

This tacobell used to be awesome. But lately its gone down hill. Today I got a chicken quesadilla that was cold after my 3 min drive home. Thought that was quick but still thought it was not eating at the store. Opened it up and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’m not even sure how they browned the tortilla. Oh, and it was practically empty.
Update: tried picking food up inside hoping they would finally get my order correct. I was wrong. 9th time in a row. 2 out of the 7 items were correct. We’re done even trying with this location. Maybe taco bell as a whole.

Went in and it took awhile to order (it looked like the cashier was bouncing between drive thru and counter which looks to me like understaffing) but the real complaint was when a worker came in with her child and basically let the child run around the store like daycare. I was the only one in the restaurant but I had to listen to the child scream into the kitchen for food twice, take the straws out of the holder and dirty them with whatever was on his fingers (was orange dust), mess with the trash cans and climb them before an employee yelled VERY LOUDLY thinking I wasn’t in there (since they apologized when they saw me), and then the kid brought me a sauce packet and stood in my personal space way too long. Work is NOT your daycare. I didn’t see the mother once come out or address that kid. Just the other employees who acted like it was a joke instead of telling the kid to stop. If you don’t believe me check the cameras. I was there around 5:00-6:00 on 1/21/26
