Went at night on a Saturday around 8pm. Food was great. 5 stars easily. Hot and delicious. Took a while even though it wasn’t overly busy. Minus one star for the sticky floors and coke machine not working properly. Minus one star for no soap in men’s restroom. How did the men working wash their hands without soap?

Trash on the floor, lobby smells like vomit and fabuloso…long wait at the drive through, if the car in front of you has to wait for their food best believe you waiting too …even if you already got yours. Food is old and stale, they need to close down or get new management.

In the midst of the fast food “chicken wars” I decided to give jacks grilled chicken sandwich a try. Well I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Normally I get the value chicken sandwich which at this point would’ve been much better choice. The grilled patty was small, way smaller than Wendy’s, chick fil a. It’s texture was very “thready” so to speak. Unless I just got a bad chicken-patty I was extremely unhappy with it. Would be willing to try again but I think I’ll pass. Also the fries, were cold and it seems the oil was old cause the fries had that crispy coating. Won’t return, at least for a while.

I never write reviews because usually it’s never this bad… but we ordered the nacho munchie meal and it didn’t come with the onion ring or the sauce, bottom bun was toasted but the top wasn’t. We also ordered a chicken tater melt munchie meal and the croissant was toasted for too long and was burnt. We didn’t get cheese on any of the tacos of the munchie meals.

Egg rolls is all u need to try…..
Last time my order was way wrong and tgey made up for it…..today i was floored….my second visit to this particular location …..of course we can start with a less then enthusiastic greeter….who was not alot of help….and kind of made everybody feel bad for asking questions….next the advertised sign says $6 but we were verbally told it would be $8….the tacos were pretty sad ….spicy which i didnt know and dont eat and had no cheese…..there was no rice for our order so of course we offer to wait its been the fifteen minutes still nothin…..now for the inconvenience they offer to make it right with a shake…i ask can we just get egg rolls instead u no something we want….i actually was told no only the drink…..if this place were packed thad be different….but when u have one other table and there ur friends theres no excuse….ands its freaken super hot n muggy in here so yes i for sure chsnged my score and wouldnt recomend this spot sorry

This place needs to be torn down and built again. The drink dispenser was filthy no ice the kitchen look like a ship wreck the dinning area was so discussing tables where sticky floor had trash looked like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in years even the workers look dirty i hate to say and most of all no air conditioning

This jack in The box is great. Love there eggrolls. The only thing is they need to keep the sweet and sour sauce in stock. I purchased my eggrolls and had to eat them for over a week without my sauce went without my sauce. Overall its agood restaurant.
