Absolutely wonderful! Great service, excellent food. The Bacon and Bleu burger was perfectly cooked snd presented well. Caesar side salad was good, not great but passable. No crushed croutons like stated in the menu and the lettuce was a bit wet. The Fondue Burger was great snd dipping it in that pub cheese was INCREDIBLE!!! I’d buy that cheese for my home! The RedRobin burger with the egg is always perfect every time. The stagf was super friendly and accommodating (we have a “dressing on the side” and “no onions” person). They gave us an extra order of bottomless fries to go. Our glasses were always full. Atmosphere is friendly with moderate noise. All the games were on all around us. Okay, the bathroom needs a good scrubbing, but YAY! They have a great, low sink for our handicapped friends! And the tables with leaves out (who thought that would be a good idea???) have very icky crumbs caked into the edges of the folds. But that’s the nature of those tables, just a poor design decision by corporate. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place. I think the pricing is absolutely fair for the terrific food and personal service. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be getting pub cheese for dipping!!!

We stopped here for lunch. We got the onion rings for an appetizer. Son ordered 10″ pepperoni pizza, my wife ordered chicken caesar wrap and I ordered the lava quest burger. Everyone enjoyed the food and was super filling. The waiter was very attentive and kept checking in on us. We will certainly be back in the future.

I placed an order for pick up from the Red Robin in Hagerstown, MD. Typically my meal is very good. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries with the Red Robin seasoning are excellent and they usually get it right with carry out orders.
No so with this order. I was told my order would be ready at 5:50. I arrived at 5:50. Order not ready. I waiting an additional 25 minutes. When I got home both burgers were not correct, they had toppings not requested and were missing what was requested and they were cold along with the fries. There was no Red Robin seasoning on anything. Extremely disappointing.
And the restaurant was not that busy with plenty of staff milling around.

I came in on june 10th for my anniversary and ouu let me just say we left super happy! Angel was our server she made sure we had our drinks fast , gave us time to order respectfully, and brought out our food so nice !!! I loved angels service so much i could see her being a manager at red robin she does GREAT with every customer never anything less:) overall We loved our meal she hooked us up and id come back anytime !

I ordered using uber eats, yesterday, 8/11. I ordered 2 orders of fish with an extra piece for each. Check your freezer because the fish was not fresh at all. It wasn’t even fried well. The lobe burger was cooked waaaay too much and was darn near crunchy! My shakes were basically water. I usually enjoy the food, but yesterday was a disgusting meal I paid over $100 for.

We have been to this Red Robin location many times and have never had a bad experience. It is consistently good and to me that is a big deal when it comes to restaurants. Today this visit for a late lunch was no exception. The food and the service were excellent. Our server was Keisha and she did a wonderful job. This is definitely one of our go to Red Robin locations.

Great service at the Hagerstown location. Our server (Dash) was pleasant and very attentive. The food was as delicious as always, and arrived quickly.
The restaurant was decorated for the holidays and lunch on Christmas eve was a nice experience. We’ll done to this location! I’m sure we’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

Known for their burgers and bottomless sides they also offer a nice fish and chip platter w cole slaw and a side a bit pricy for the fish though and while i go there for the fish one time i went there amd it was edible but chewy a bad not flaky and moist. Probablyneeded to be cooked a couple minutes longer. Servers were friendly.
