First-time customer stopping in for a bite to eat and a place to get some work done on my laptop. The staff was friendly and very customer-focused. The lady who helped me made sure I got exactly what I ordered.
The pizza was very good. It was a little pricey, but that may have been due to what I ordered. Either way, it was well worth the cost. I also loved the warm, vintage atmosphere.
I will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend this place.

I honestly enjoyed it because of the cheese pizza (my favorite) because it is so delicious. The workers were kind the atmosphere was amazing and I recommend it. I can’t wait to go back.(so excited.)

So, firstly as a customer, there end product is at best mid. Other low end chains like Papa Murphys, or Papa John’s offer a quality that’s marginally, less. At best, this company thinks highly of their product. Their customer service is nothing less than poor. The pricing is abstract. In as far as our atmosphere, it reflects on their customer service.

Best pizza in the area imo! Great customer service too: Ordered delivery the other night and ended up only receiving 2 of the 3 pizzas ordered. After a call to the store they refunded the entire order vs just the missing food which was not expected at all. Thanks again! A+++

This place has excellent pizzas. My favorite would certainly be the Philly Cheesesteak pizza, which tasted AMAZING! (The cheese-filled crust on this pizza made it better, too. I totally recommend!)
Also, the staff were very nice. No one was rude to my father and I.
Furthermore, the restaurant had an old fashion feel to it; especially the music!

It was a cold evening and we weren’t in the mood to make food. The next thing you know we’re sitting beside a fire (which was so delightful) and laughing over a 50/50 Hawaiian (yuck) and pepperoni pie. We just hung out there for about an hour because it was a refreshing and relaxing place to be.
The food is delicious and almost too many options. It is incredible the number of ways to make a pizza and still have it be delicious. Plus there were $3 non alcoholic beers which my family was thrilled about.
Lastly, the people were super kind and patient. The dudes making it, the person taking orders and everyone else I didn’t see contributed to a great evening with the family.

Came here the night before the Eugene marathon to carb up and Coburg did not disappoint! Got a standard cheese pizza, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, salad, and penne Alfredo. The pasta was the best of the bunch and I would recommend the garlic knots to anyone who comes here. Casual atmosphere and friendly service

I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. It was delivered to my table along with a slice of Hawaiian pizza. The Hawaiian was cooked perfectly according to my friend. However my pepperoni slice was very doughy and undercooked. After returning it to the kitchen I was told it was cooked properly and no manager was called. I left the pizza on the counter. After my friend finished his pizza we promptly left.
I have never had any employee argue with me like that before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware the customer service here is lacking. This place does not care for its customers.
