Ordered carryout and for the 2nd time in a row its been a disaster!! I ordered a few things one being the chicken ranch wrap with the buffalo sauce chicken, got our food ,it was cold ,no ranch on it ,no buffalo sauce on it, completely dry ,tasted like it was made a couple days ago with how stale the tortilla wrap was. We didnt get my kids drink . The last time was even worse with one meal screwed up and one meal completely wrong and different than what we ordered.. absolutely pathetic to continuously screw up a simple task !!

Before now, I did not realize wings could be so small, let alone overcooked to this extent. Ordering pick up is always a risk. This was beyond awful. I will never return to this location. It’s a reflection of the America in which we now live. Horrible. Boo!

We had an outstanding experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Westerville! We were seated and served at the bar, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from BW3s, absolutely delicious.
Our server, Kelly, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and efficiency made the experience even better. Service was truly impeccable. A big shout out as well to the manager, Dre, who was professional, welcoming, and clearly runs a tight ship.
Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere….this location consistently delivers. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

1* for the food. Our wings were literally the size of the wet nap packets. I cannot fathom spending 15.99 for 10 wings that were so small it left me saying to my wife “with the size of those I could eat another 10 easily”. I had to say something to our waitress about how ridiculous that was and she at least did the right thing of getting us additional wings. It was comical how tiny these wings were and quite frankly was the last straw to make us decide that roosters is just in another atmosphere from this chain.
3* for service due to the waitress attempting to make it right by bringing us additional wings.
1* for atmosphere because our table was directly in the view of the setting sun and the only shad offered was some crappy blind that absolutely did nothing.

This place is a joke anymore. I’m really not sure why I keep giving any chances after constantly being let down. At 1:44pm on 4/22, I placed an order for 6 Medium flavored Traditional wings, and a nacho. Simple, right? My order arrives at 2:17pm, And I only received the nacho. I reached out through DoorDash and placed another order for the wings, in which DoorDash had credited me for the missing ones. Now, I had a feeling that these folks would try to give me the old cold wings that they had forgotten the first time, so I purposely changed my wing flavor this time to mild instead of medium. At 3:10pm, my order is dropped off to me, and what do you know? They gave me my initial order of the mild wings, which was extremely ice cold and unable to be eaten. I purposely changed the flavor because I knew they would try to give me the initial wing order from 1:44pm. I had to throw the wings out. They were old, cold, and extremely tough to chew. It’s really disappointing that the employees were too lazy to drop 6 fresh wings and with the correct flavor that I ordered the second time. Instead, they realized they forgot the first order and shoved it in the bag and called it a day. This is not my first horrible experience with this location, but it will be my last.

I am a regular at this place and have been for many years. I enjoy eating wings and drinking a few beers there and watch some sports. The quality of the food is usually spot-on and the staff there is really hard working and friendly. Last night, I decided to order some wings+wedges combo to go. I decided to write this review because this is the second time in a month or so that I ordered a take out from there and the wings have been dry and over cooked without much sauce. I don’t know what’s happening back in the kitchen. Perhaps there is a lot of turn-over with kitchen staff, but this location could use some improvement there.

We were there after the dinner rush and all of the tables had not been cleaned off. My granddaughter cleaned the table with a napkin. Unacceptable!! I had to go ask for a server. She was ok, but by now the tone was set. Wings were good, burger ok, chicken wrap was ok. Drinks were refilled as we paid our check. Hopefully, next time will be better.

My wife and I never been to this location until today for Fathers Day dinner and it was perfect! Everything was super fresh and the wings were sauced right and weren’t hard. The potato wedges with cheese were also not hard and were made fresh. My wife ordered the Asian zing bone-in traditional wings and said she loves that sauce, it’s now her new favorite.
I ordered boneless wings, and got 10 medium/5 honey bbq. In case you never tried both sauces are some of the best sauces they have here. We both ordered Pepsi, wife’s had grenadine added, both were not watered down.
Our waiter was nice/polite and took our order properly and continued checking in on us throughout our dinner. I’ve been to about 6 different locations and this one’s at the top of my list.
If your thinking about coming here, just do it!

Food here is on par with the fallen Woodys Wing House, just not that good. Small wings and tastes like jerky made from frozen wings. I avoided their wings this time and got the burger which is like an over priced Steak N Shake burger.
