I don’t know what is wrong with this place, employees are rude, also, they never have ice cream, I’ve been here at least 10 times on the past weeks and they always say the icecream machine is down, no shakes, nothing. Last time, I ordered on line, and when I went to pick it up they just gave me my money back because, surprise, no icecream. Never going back to this place.

I don’t understand how my order that was simply two hashbrowns and a large iced coffee didn’t meet the standard of being edible.
The hashbrowns were either overcooked or bad before they were cooked and so it’s just hard potato flakes that break apart when you bite into it and the iced coffee had a concentration of flavor and sweetener at the bottom of the cup and then when I swiped the cup around to mix it up better, there wasn’t enough sweetener so overall it tasted like watery coffee. That was my work morning, thanks McDonalds!

Today’s visit was pretty bad. This location continues to provide a really bad experience. I avoid it for a while and then come back and check again.
This time they were out of all drinks except water, tea and regular Coke (no diet coke, diet dr pepper, Sprite, etc). I told the order taker (who accused me of lying last time I was here when I didn’t receive any of the fries I ordered) that I had a coupon on the McDonalds app for a free McFlurry with a combo. She said in a frustrated tone, “just pull around I’ll have to see it”.
When I got to the window she informed me she would try entering the coupon to, “see if it takes it [the McFlurry] off.”
I guess these coupons must be a pain for the cashiers to deal with? It makes me not want to bother using the deals or app anymore…
When I got my food, the fries were super overcooked and under salted and the McFlurry was super low and not even remotely close to the top (see the picture). Also, the McFlurry was not a McFlurry…. it was a half-filled cup of ice cream with some crumbs on top. It was not blended at all.
Truth be told, I should probably just be thankful their ice cream machine was actually working.

I will never come to this McDonald’s again. Went in to get just an ice cream cone. Notice the woman that was helping to push orders and get fries had long hair in braids dangling over the food. At one point she bent down to get something, and her hair brushed the french fries. I asked what I thought was the manager if this lady should be in a hair net. The lady with the braids replied no because her hair wasn’t down. This is disgusting, and it’s against health code!

My experiences are over a year ago, due to moving out of the area.
I would stop in after work to get dinner on weekends.
The food was always fresh and hot.
I do not know why, but the McChicken from this place tasted better than anywhere else.
Fries had enough salt on them to raise your blood pressure just by holding the box. (Good thing)
Wait times are very slow. With good reason. This store was severely understaffed. One manager and a person on the grill. The manager stationed the front, and the window.
I could tell they were both exhausted. Not their fault.

Never in my life have I experienced customer service so bad , so rude , so ratchet if I could put 0 I would . , I sat in line CHRISTMAS EVE 2022 for a hour waiting on someone ,anyone to come back to the window!
They gave me an ice cold fish fillet and small fry and medium and had it even been my right order I might would’ve let it all slide in the spirit of Christmas.
I asked for a fish sandwich meal cooked to order and a large fry extra salt cooked to order what I got wasn’t even fit for a starving child let alone fit for my money.
The manager was the rudest lady I ever met in my life she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY not to mention her counterparts , her minions , her employees were just as rude . At 11:45pm of Christmas Eve they told me they were closed and couldn’t remake my order , the little girl at the window had the audacity to even tell me she didn’t know how to remake my order and the website said they weren’t closing anytime soon I sat there until 12:30am Christmas morning. I will be taking this all the way up the chain of demand. You had the right idea but the wrong order.
