A little context for this review: McDonald’s has a policy that the fries can be taken out of the fryer early if the store is really busy in order to save time. This policy has unofficially turned into “the fries must always be pulled early” because time is money and McDonald’s will always sacrifice quality whenever they can in order to make more money.
Now, the actual review: I ordered a big mac and a large fries. I requested to have the fries cooked well done to counter their tendency to pull them early. When I got my order, not only were my fries not well done, but they were also not fresh – which tells me they just gave me fries that were already prepared. I told them I asked for my fries well done and they said it will be 30 seconds (because they were about to pull a basket out of the fryer already). When I got them, these fries were still very pale, not golden like they should be, and were very clearly pulled early (See photo of very pale looking fries). At this point I didn’t feel like arguing with a brick wall so I left. I wasn’t really planning on leaving a review, but when I got back to my truck to eat my meal, I discovered the big mac was almost literally thrown together. The Mac sauce was all in one spot right at the edge of the bun and running off and there was a pickle slice just sitting next to the burger. This location needs to learn not to rush so much. Especially when they weren’t even busy at all when I was there.

Why can’t the employees just fill the drink cups with ice as they are supposed to? Could not even get the straw into the cup because it was totally filled with ice. The cups even show how much ice should be in the cup. I paid for soda, not ice. This is theft of product. They laughed after I had to go ask for napkins to clean off the lid of the cup because it shot straight up when trying to get the straw in. So I got even less soda as it was now fully covering the lid and dribbled down the side of the cup. The lead and manager where right there. About 6 employees total as I explained the problem. Is that the leadership you are striving for?

Most of the kiosks were down and the ones that were working were unable to give you a receipt. It took about 10-15 minutes to get my breakfast because the lady working the drive thru thought it was more important to be on her personal cell phone. It kept going from her pocket to a counter as she moved throughout the back. She was handling food also. I watched my bag sitting on the counter growing cold and colder while she screwed around. I won’t be back.

I understand it’s 11pm and it close to closing but that doesn’t mean waste peoples money. I took two bites and realized my food was hours old. I tried to wash it down to realize my lemonade was just water with a splash of lemon. Extremely disappointed I almost feels targeted

If there was a way to leave zero Stars I would. Literally every single time I have visited this mcdonald’s, my order has been messed up. They have to be trying to mess up at this point. Completely unacceptable! Ordered a double cheeseburger, meat and cheese only, they took an old double cheeseburger and wiped the stuff off of the bun and used it to make my burger. What is wrong with yall???

Asked for fries no salt (health reasons for my child) and got fries loaded with salt, old and hard! Also ask for a cup of bagel sauce and was told by the manager Austin (heavy set guy with blonde hair) that he couldn’t get me any (even after I offered to pay for it). He was completely rude.
I went back and ask for the fries to be made fresh with NO salt and the little girl with long blonde hair, Sabrina, was a pleasure to speak to. She replaced the fries no issues asked.
Managers need to be restrained and or replaced at this location.

This is absolutely the slowest and worst fast food place I’ve ever seen. I hardly ever stop there anyways and today was a new low. I pulled in the drive thru cause there was only 1 car in line and I figured it wouldn’t be too long. It took 13 minutes for that car to get from the speaker to leaving the window with nobody else in front of it and then I sat at the speaker for six minutes and nobody took my order even after that car in front of me had pulled off and left. I only know how long it took because I called my wife when I got in line to see if there was anything she wanted and I was on the phone with her the entire time And after spending a total of 18 minutes in line, I left. What an absolute joke and if you can’t do better than this, you should just shut the damn place down.

Ice COLD fries! Parked literally as close to the building as possible, walked to the truck, ICE BABY! NO cold fries people! Had this been done in or had I wanted to walk back in I would have waited for at the very least, warm fries! Very disappointing.

Ordered a BACON quarter pounder with option to add lettuce and tomatoes (it literally says 3 tomatoes) and received a regular quarter pounder with no BACON, no tomato, a sprig of lettuce and about 10 pickles. It’s on the box it comes in with the ingredient list. Is it that hard to read and comprehend simple instructions?
So I was up charged for the add ones I didn’t even receive and didn’t even get the standard bacon. If I want a regular quarter pounder with extra pickles I would ask for that. This place is just stealing extra money by “add on ingredients ” from actual hard working people
