The manager here is rude as hell. There needs to be someone better in leadership at this location. I came for lunch and waited in the drive thru about 10 minutes. Placed my order then paid at the window. I requested Cajun sparkle, after paying, which they had none. Cool. I requested a refund. The manage snatched the food & told me I should know what I want. Excuse me! The audacity! I yelled “I do, and I want Cajun sparkle!” The nerve of him to have an attitude when he didn’t have what I wanted. Me requesting a refund was only fair. Not sure why that bothered him so much, but your store isn’t entitled to my money.

I thought the line was just long because Popeye’s has good food. By the time I got to the window, they ran out of tea. OK things happen. But 36 mins in a line is crazy for old chicken and having 10 of those minutes at the window is crazier. Gives us our new order of beverages and then proceeds to ask is there something else that you need. I looked her straight in the face and said our food… I was dumbfounded.
When you get on the drive-thru, there are curb barriers to prevent you from exiting. I’ve had better experiences at this location before but it was many moons ago.

I’m sorry I did not like my chicken wings. They tasted like they were fried in yesterday’s grease also there’s too many people working in the back for the food not to be fresh. They need to hire people who genuinely care about what goes out. Maybe I came in on bad day

I ordered a three-piece spicy tender meal and it was very undercooked. It was rushed and cold. The biscuit was overcooked. It just was not a great experience. I feel like this location needs new management and new employees or at least train your employees better and just have more time management skills Line is always long. The wait time is crazy. I feel like this location needs better management and better employees I understand the location and where it is, but does that not mean we don’t deserve great quality food because we’re paying for it.

I have been to this restaurant a couple times over the last 2 years. Idk if it was a change in management, but the food is always cold and old. Chicken is like eating rubber. Some of the staff are great tho. The inside of the restaurant appears unclear with soiled ceiling titles. I recommend avoiding.

This location was pretty busy and it seems to be a popular location. I appreciate the staff customer service, friendly atmosphere and for trying their best to keep up with the orders, I see there is a hiring sign posted. Our food was fresh hot and the tastes was just right. The restaurant was clean. Drive-thru and a parking lot is available at this location.

But there was a shooting down that block while we were getting the food in drive thru window..couldn’t get out fast enough! But hope no one died.
