I came here for a Hibachi experience and it was really good. Our chef Jose showed a bunch of tricks and was entertaining throughout the cooking process. He even gave his own sake to taste and really appreciated that! Overall, had a great experience and the food was amazing too.

BEWARE-This restaurant charges an 18% service fee without clear disclosure! We have loved this restaurant and have gone there fairly regularly over the past year. We have always left feeling like it was good but a little pricey. Last night, we realized that they charge an 18% service fee on every check but it hard to see because the staple the receipt you sign over the service fee with the staple making it difficult to see this charge. We asked them about this and they said that it is disclosed on the menu. We looked again at the menu and didn’t see if, so if it is on there, it is not easy to see at all. We called and talked to a manager who said this fee goes to the back of the house. I don’t like these added service fees that have become common in Denver since Covid, but I have never seen such a high automatic service fee, unless it is for a gratuity for a large party. The chefs have a tip jar on their carts, there is a place on the receipt where we have historically given a generous tip, and the service charge. We have been paying at an excessive amount in tips. When we talked to management, they didn’t care and transferred our call to someone else. Sadly, we will not return because of poor business ethics.

I’ve visited this hibachi grill several times and have truly enjoyed the meals. The last visit was no exception. Our chef, Jose, was a real riot. Funny and entertaining, yet professional with his cooking skills. Prices range from 31.99 for chicken and shrimp and go up from there depending on the protein. Salad and soup are included with every meal. They do not have a dessert menu but catered to my nephew because of his birthday, to which I appreciate. We had a party of eleven, and several got separate checks. When our bill came up, we noticed they had a service fee of $14, we assumed it was the tip since it was a large party. We didn’t leave an additional tip, so I really hope Jose got a portion of that fee. This location is near the downtown area and in a good central location. We will definitely return.

This was by far the filthiest place I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was dirty, with packages stacked around like a storage area and curtains used as doors. Oh, and the bathrooms… .The service felt unprofessional and chaotic. The food was bland and poorly seasoned, and the sushi tasted like plastic. We were also overcharged. Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Located in a shopping center with a Pizza Hut and Wendy’s, Mt. Fuji is quite a hidden gem!
You can sit at the hibachi grill or the front tables – My family chose the front tables for a quieter, more relaxed experience and to skip the show. The back tables with the hibachi grills are definitely more lively and the traditional vibe, and I’ll try that on my next visit.
Drinks came very quickly, and the meal portions were HUGE, and also came with soup and a salad. I ordered the combo of the steak/chicken hibachi and had enough leftovers to last 2 additional meals after my visit.

It is on the pricier side, with the steak and shrimp hibachi combo running about $30. But honestly, they do such a great job packaging everything and putting it together for a to-go meal. The food was amazing and super satisfying—definitely enough for two meals! Worth every penny for the quality and the portion size. Definitely would recommend and eat again!

This was my first time at Hibachi and it was for my birthday! I got sushi and Rangoons for an appetizer and the chicken and steak combo! Which I didn’t get a picture of but it was a good portion. It was such a fun experience and food was good! I would definitely recommend!

Came here to dine in (Not hibachi) and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chicken katsu and it was delicious! It was also a huge portion. All dishes we ordered were great portions for the price we paid.

This is for this visit only. I have had wonderful experiences here before, it was an off day.
I took my son, his boyfriend and other family here for my son’s 17th birthday.
The atmosphere was what I expected. Imagine a hole-in-the-wall tappenyaki joint—this is it. There isn’t much parking, but you can usually find a spot.
We were seated immediately and about five minutes later were joined by another birthday. Another five minutes passed before drink orders were taken and about ten before they finally came for orders.
Ordering was fine. Three of us ordered the same thing, one did not get theirs. We all figured it was to accommodate his food allergies, we were wrong. The waiter later said that he only ordered a side of rice. So, the poor kid did not really have time to finish his food. We were boxing things up by the time they sorted it out. So, that really sucked.
The soup, salad and rice were amazing. I wasn’t fond of the hibachi filet mignon this time.
Our chef was also amazing.
* This birthday was important for us, after the severe trauma we survived over the last six years and having the opportunity to come together as a family, no one thought we would live, let alone be in the same room together without resentment, so yeah, this one was important.

Casual and fun dinner place.
Went for Valentine’s Day and had a great experience. Our chef was so fun and the food was great! If you are ordering the hibachi dinner, don’t order rolls or extra food, the hibachi plate is more than enough, we even had leftovers to take home. I’d recommend doing reservations for the hibachi grill ahead of time though!
