The spot itself was nice, but unfortunately the service really took away from the experience. Our server was very distracting and came across as rude while we were eating. He repeatedly reached in to refill chopsticks and utensils while we were mid-meal, with his hands right in our faces. It felt unnecessary and disruptive — it easily could have waited until we were finished.
The rice also wasn’t very good and lacked flavor. Overall, between the service and the food, I don’t think I would come back.

Good flavor depth to the broth, though I prefer mine less salty. Wish there was a tad bit more noodles. I’m quite happy they have hot oil, and sambal chili sauce – not just siracha.

I ordered three takeout dishes: No. 15, No. 17, and No. 24. Dishes 17 and 24 were fine, but the noodles in No. 15 fell apart immediately after being soaked in the soup. They became very short and broken, and the texture was really bad. It felt like the noodles were not fresh and may have been sitting for a long time. Please be careful when ordering takeout.

Their pho is the best in Bellevue, but they don’t refill the water after initially offering a cup. I don’t know why. I visited this place twice, and it happened both times. However, the taste is good.

Best pho on eastside! Their broth is outstanding, and they have good portions of meat. I think pho places everywhere have had to trim portion sizes due to beef prices, so dont fault them for that. This place is comparatively on the generous size, and the meat is very good quality. 5/5 highly recommend.

Taking everything into consideration, eating at pho ever was a really good experience. When I walked in, the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. Since it was a sit-down restaurant, there were also comfortable, They had great service as well. After ordering our food, it took about ten minutes for the food to be made and served. Their staff was great at keeping the tables clean before and after we were done eating. Nobody likes their dining experience to include dirty tables, trash, and sticky surfaces. Finally, the presentation of the food itself was very nice. They made it appealing to the eye, so we couldn’t wait to start eating. Overall, I definitely recommend Pho ever for anyone wanting to try or eat Vietnam food! They provided affordable, delicious food I order spring rolls with chicken also on the table you have many sauces sweet and spicy ️ and we had a ribs with salad and rice . Delicia

A decent spot for pho, but not outstanding. The regular bowl is a good portion, and the house special pho has a nice variety. The broth wasn’t my favourite though

I’ve been coming to this place both before and after COVID, so I’m very familiar with their pho portions and pricing over the years. I understand the economy has changed and costs have gone up—but at $16.99 for a small pho and $18 for a large, the value just isn’t there anymore.
The issue isn’t only price—it’s portion size. A bowl at this price should comfortably feed an adult, and it simply doesn’t. The difference between small and large is barely noticeable aside from extra broth.
Breaking it down:
Fresh noodles: ~$1 per bowl
Broth (even accounting for beef bones and meat): ~$2–$3
Combination pho includes:
1 piece of tendon
¼ beef ball
1 slice of tripe
Small amounts of brisket and rare beef
Herbs and garnishes (lime, basil, bean sprouts)
For longtime pho eaters, this feels disappointing. I’ve been eating pho for over 30 years—back when prices were $2.99 / $5.99 / $8.99 / $10.99. Obviously those days are gone, but even then, a super-sized pho at $10.99 actually filled you up. Today’s portions don’t come close.
Service is typical of a busy restaurant—rushed and indifferent. Don’t expect much engagement, even as a returning customer.
As a long-time patron, I genuinely hope the owner sees this. If a regular-sized pho can’t fill an adult, then the value just isn’t there anymore. Order a regular bowl—if you’re full afterward, then maybe I’m crazy.

Dined in and it was fantastic! The food was piping hot, super fresh, and full of flavor with generous portions. The staff was extremely nice, attentive, and welcoming – top-notch service all around.
The place was spotless, very clean, and well-organized, creating a perfect atmosphere.
One of the best meals I’ve had – highly recommend! 5 stars! Can’t wait to go back.
