I typically love B-Dubs… But this location seems to be fading fast. We were the only people in the bar around 5 on a Saturday. Pretzel bites were $10!??? For only 5 small pretzel bites. Absolutely insane that each one was $2. We ordered without the everything bagel seasoning, and twice they brought them out to us with the seasoning still on there. Wings were just okay, good sauces as usual. Staff friendly enough…but $70 for two people to get wings, pretzels and a few beers was too much for the quality received

We placed an order for pickup for a movie night we were hosting tonight and almost everything was wrong. We got 2 wraps, 1 wild 1 mild, both were wild. We ordered boneless wings barbecue that came as mango habanero. We ordered a burger with fries, came with no fries. We ordered an appetizer of chips and queso and got no queso. I understand Saturday nights are busy but I’d rather wait for my correct order than go home just to be disappointed and not able to eat our food that we paid over $60 for.

I had an issue with their app where I had two separate orders & some how it didn’t go thru. They were able to honor my rewards for free wings and still give me my food in a timely manner. Very happy with their customer service!

I’ve eaten here more than a dozen times and until yesterday, the food wasn’t bad. I don’t know what happened yesterday but everything was bad. The chicken was tiny pieces of hard, crusted breading that was almost inedible. The Mac n cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I couldn’t eat any of it. $30 wasted as I had to then get food that was edible.

This place needs a new management team to come in and either shut it down or revamp the restaurant. Terrible wings that had been fried up since lunch is the way they tasted. Hard, dry couldnt eat them. We went @ 7:45 it should have been busy especially on a Friday night. My order came with slaw along with veggies. Forgot to put veggies on the plate and when asked about the slaw… Oh we are out would you like something in the place of it we say yes maybe mozzarella sticks. Which we were charged $9.00 and some change. Hardly no one in the restaurant. It was bad. They need to close if they can’t do any better.

Hate to do this… Haven’t had many problems when eating in but, to go is another problem… 2cnd time getting a to go order. Can’t remember the first but, it was screwed up. Today I ended up waiting 20 mins past when they said it would be ready. All good except the salad had tons to green onions when NO onions was asked for, unedible! Waste of money and time…

Spoke with the new managers and glad to see some leadership in the place. Caleb the bartender is amazing. Willing to give you’ll another chance in the New Year. The nostalgia of BDubs from college and the location close to home won’t let me quit you’ll! Come ready to go in 2026 and you got a regular with some friends again and a chance at 5 stars

My last visit here! I am just constantly underwhelmed everytime I visit this place. The waitstaff is pretty good and the bar is ok. I think the kitchen is off. The food is subpar and I get the wrong orders. If I am gonna eat something that is gonna give me a heart attack It has to be better than this!

Ordered online at 5 till 6, picked up at 6:15 order said it’d be ready at 630 – glad I didn’t wait – wings look as if they’d been sitting under a heat lamp all day, soggy, fatty, greasy, little to no sauce on them.
Fries which is another 4 dollars were soggy and too seemed as if they’d been sitting for a while.
Interesting how they have ‘Wings’ in their name but can’t seem to do a good job making them.
I don’t suggest picking up from here unless you are ok with wasting a pretty penny for junk.
Probably be better off with Pizza Hut wings.
