Such an awesome gem here on the way to Tahoe! Got stuck in the snow once before and the kind worker here helped us despite it being almost closing time. Came again to express appreciation and the lovely gentleman served some warm roti to us as a courtesy since they were out of naan. Would recommend this spot every time!!!

Very surprised to find this little place. I love Indian food so maybe I’m biased but I think the food here was great and I’m glad we stopped here for a snack on our drive!

I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was infuriating. We’re locals and order from here about once a month for the past year. At first the food was awesome, and we were excited about coming back. We always order Chicken Tikka Masala and/or Butter chicken. This is our order everywhere and always.

The last two orders of chicken tikka masala have been…not tikka masala. The wrong flavor, texture, and color. Full of huge pieces of onions. This time there’s HUGE pieces of peppers. There’s no sauce. ??????

I’ve had delicious tikka masala from here before, but this isn’t it. It’s the second time I’ve recieved something other than what anyone would expect when they order tikka masala.

There is a review from 4 months ago by someone Anthony Rabinowitz that was a photo of his chicken tikka masala. We didn’t get the same food.

I called to see if they could fix our order. Maybe get some butter chicken…and the guy gaslit me, saying, “I told you. This is dry tikka masala. You got tikka masala!” Look at the picture I posted. If you spent $60 on tikka masala, would you be cool with this? Also, it’s so greasy. Have you ever had greasy tikka masala?

We’re going to Truckee for Indian food from now on.

Terrible customer service.
Ritz Carlton prices.
I’ve ordered samosas and chicken curry, came out to $26… didn’t even bother to offer rice or mentioning that’s it’s not included.
Long wait time for food as well.
First and last time for me.
At least it would be nice to get free rice with this meal. I’m sure they could squeeze it in for the price.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, sitting by the trees and the beautiful scenery was awesome. I rode my motorcycle with my brother up to the mountains and found this food truck and it made our day. The NAAN was amazing, the butter chicken was tender and perfectly cooked the sauce was not too creamy not too runny just right. It was amazing portions and I’ll be back again next week!!

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way home, and we were so glad there was a authentic indian cuisine. We ordered tea, tandoori chicken, dal makhani, and paratha, and plain rice. The food was tasty and the service was friendly. The food was nice and hot, and the spice level was typical Indian spice level. The masala tea was in a pretty big cup, so the portion was really nice. Parking was fine it’s located at a chevron gas station that is fully equipped. There were non-veg and vegetarian options. We would recommend and probably will stop again if we are ever passing through the area as it was very authentic. We ended up finding a parking spot right next to the food truck. There’s some pop up table and chairs that are first come first serve. It was also sunny, so I would recommend a hat and sunglasses.

I stopped here on my way back home. This is conveniently located right at tesla supervharger and Chevron.
Wait time was about 5 mins for the entire food. Highlight of the day was the samosa chat- well flavored, tasty and warm. Was enough to feed 2.
Chai tea was hot and tasty, if you are not into sweet drinks you could ask them for less sugar added cause this comes sugar added into it.
Also had the aloo parathas which was definitely a must have here. Flavors were exactly like back in India. Please stop by here if you are in the area.

Love this place!!! A must stop every Tahoe trip. The servers are so friendly and really want to make sure your food is perfect. They even offered me a sample to try to see if my food was spice enough. Definitely stop here!!
