Li’l Rizzo’s never disappoints, and my recent visit was no exception. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made (Emilie was our server) me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. There’s plenty of seating and it’s a nice restaurant.
The highlight of the meal was the Macho Meat Lovers pizza—an absolute must-try. It came out perfectly baked with a crispy crust, melty cheese, and a generous helping of hearty toppings. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the balance of meats was spot-on without being overwhelming. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve.
Whether you’re craving great pizza or just looking for a friendly place to enjoy a meal, Li’l Rizzo’s is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Review:
The atmosphere was inviting and nicely done, with a warm, comfortable feel throughout the restaurant. Service was decent — nothing exceptional, but friendly enough. The food, however, truly stood out. The arancini were perfectly crisp and flavorful, while both the baked mostaccioli and cannelloni were excellent — rich, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Overall, a great dining experience. I’d definitely come back

Have been to Lil Rizzo’s many times but not real impressed this visit.
The salad was not good and priced very high
The entrees were good but reduced in amount served and prices have gone up drastically.
Probably should have got a pizza.
Maybe we should stick with the one at Osage Beach?
Seems like it’s just a happy hour spot at the lake

-Fair & Honest Review-
We gave Li’l Rizzo’s a shot after reading some strong reviews – and while it wasn’t a total miss, it didn’t knock our socks off either.
Let’s start with the good: Our waitress (Allison) was awesome – friendly, attentive (once she arrived), and made the experience feel personal. The spaghetti was a hit with our kid (8/10 from him, which is basically Michelin-star level for a tween). The pepperoni pizza was decent – about a 7/10 – but apparently good enough that the Mrs. polished it off without hesitation.
Now for the rest: The famous rolls? Meh. They weren’t bad, just… not “review hype” good. Room temp instead of fresh and hot, which definitely hurt the experience (we’d give them a 6/10). The shrimp and chicken Fettuccine Alfredo had a nice sauce, but the protein was pretty bland – flavorless shrimp and chicken that seemed like an afterthought. Another 6.5/10 each there.
Also worth noting: the climate game is strong here – either sweat outside or freeze inside. Dress accordingly.
All in all, Li’l Rizzo’s wasn’t a disaster, but we probably wouldn’t rush back. Solid for a casual bite, especially if you keep your expectations in check.

Ate here for the first time with 3 others. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was great, very friendly. The outside seating is so nice with a view of the lake. Although we didn’t eat inside the inside is very nice and a warm feeling. Recommend getting on the waitlist. Its a very busy place, but worth the wait. Highly recommended. The Cajun shrimp was was fantastic.

This experience was incredibly disappointing. We felt completely unwelcome from the moment we arrived, as the waiter seemed indifferent and unmotivated to serve us. Her dismissive attitude made us feel as though we were a burden, which significantly affected our overall experience. The service was extremely poor, with long waits and a lack of attentiveness that left us frustrated and dissatisfied. Trust me the food wasn’t good!

Looking for tasty Italian food near the Lake of the Ozarks? Li’l Rizzo’s offers a great variety of options to order: salads, pastas, pizzas, phenomenal desserts, and other delicious entrees. The patio is inviting and has a decent view of the lake! We ordered a variety of items, but we absolutely loved the house salad and the creamy tortellini dish! We sat on the spacious patio, but there is plenty of table and bar top seating inside the restaurant. The service was incredible as well. Don’t leave without trying the cheesecake dessert!

As out-of-towners, we picked randomly because we liked the name and felt like Italian for dinner.
This place was great. Fresh Parmesan bread, house salads, and two entrees (lasagna with Italian sausage) and a chicken/bacon Alfredo dish were fantastic.
Ally, our server was super friendly, timely, and made great suggestions for us as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

So frustrated. We came after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush on purpose because it was Valentine’s Day and we wanted to be seated without too long of a wait. We arrive at the restaurant and we were one out of three tables occupied. Basically empty. We put our order in with Lisa. Then in the next 20 minutes several other small groups came in and then a large group of 20 + came in. Well even though we were there before all the other tables 5 of those tables were served their salads ..bread appetizers..meals..drink refills ..and got their To Go boxes and then PAYING for their freaking meals !! While we were given drinks, appetizers, salads and sat there for one hour ..no food..no bread. The other customers that came in after us were leaving and we didn’t even get our food yet! We told the server and the manager but there was no concern for us. Not really apologizing to us or offer to make it right. What I am most disappointed in is how we were treated. We were ignored and then when we tell them no one cared. Everyone else in the restaurant at that time came in after us…we never got our meal. We paid for what we were served and left. We were not treated with respect by the manager or rhe server. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. We will not be back. Thanks for treating us like we do not matter.

The restaurant overlooks the lake and you can see a long way. We went at lunchtime and there was plenty of seating and parking. The potato soup, and the rolls were delicious. The bathrooms were easily accessible and very clean.
