Dont make an online order. Apparently, if you’re not physically there to watch & make sure someone makes the food you asked & paid for to be made they will just fill it rice, corn, & lettuce or whatever they see fit. My bad fr, I should probably just eat whatever I’m given & be grateful… the bar is soooo low a bowlegged caterpillar could crawl over it & yall still fallin short. Nice work guys!

Absolutely disgusting. This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at, and that’s saying a lot. The food had zero flavor bland, cold, and clearly thrown together with no care whatsoever I genuinely regret spending money here
The place itself was filthy. Tables dirty, floors gross, and it looked like basic cleaning just isn’t a priority. To make it even worse, multiple employees were coughing and sniffling nonstop right behind the counter, directly over the food. Completely unsanitary and honestly concerning.
The way they “clean” is beyond lazy more like pretending to wipe things down than actually doing it. It felt like no one cared about hygiene, quality, or customers at all. This location gives the entire brand a bad name. I wish I had walked out instead of eating here. Never coming back.

This place in my opinion his poor management. Food prepare top nasty with condiments smeared all over the counter. Meat mixed in with other different food containers. I watch them prepare other people’s food on the counter place the burritos on top of the filthiness just sliding it down adding whichever meat or condiments that the customers wanted. When it came to them to prepare my burrito I ask the food prepare to clean the counter and they was very slow about doing it I had to ask several times. They had attitude about doing it I was very frustrated disappointed I asked to speak to the manager to complain about it he had no expectation or no concern about my complaint which I was not able to talk to him. The food just did not look fresh I truly believe that the company need to take more attention and following up and checking on their restaurants. Seem like it’s just poor service from the top down.

They all have long hair with no hair nets, no aprons, workers practice bad food safety. Watched a worker not use soap to wash their hands or dry them off before preparing food dripping water into a customers meal. Watched a different worker put 2 tortillas on a USED cutting board before preparing a customers quesadillas. Then another worker comes out from I assume is the dishwashing area and SMOKE is coming from his mouth, so workers are actively smoking on the job inside the building. I ordered my food for pickup at 10:20 I didn’t get it until 10:45 while multiple workers were doing nothing but walking around rapping King Von that was playing on a speaker for the whole store to hear. I ate my meal at around 10:50 my stomach didn’t stop hurting until 1 am. The employees at this establishment are a threat to public health and safety, read some other reviews people have even found PLASTIC in their food. This place NEEDS to be investigated or shut down ASAP!

I arrived at 9:30pm upon walking in everyone working looked at us like we shouldn’t be there. We noticed all employees where shutting down the store and doing their cleaning. Grills were off no food being made, the line I belive was off because all of our food was cold and every old. They had nothing left, mind you they don’t close till 11. They messed up what we asked them to put on the bowls and had to remake them but had no steak left to remake so I got stuck with carne asade which was inedible and hard as a rock. The chicken my fiance got was also burnt to a crisp people came in while we were ordering and noticed they had nothing at all so they said they were ok turned around and walked out. They guy working the line said”iiight bet”. In the end we never even got our side tortillas they were left on the grill and smoking as we walked out the door. Was a very unpleasant experience and I will be calling in the morning for a refund.

I normally don’t take time to write reviews however I had a great experience with th staff and the manager named Kaleb , I couldn’t decide on what meat and they were so helpful in recommending the carne asada which was delicious . I will add my heart broke hearing how some of the customers in line were talking about the staff . I

Plastic…really? PLASTIC IN MY FOOD???? I thought the cockroach incident would be enough at subway but no, plastic, bag plastic in my food. That is absolutely disgusting and just so unsanitary. Midway eating I feel something rubberish in between my teeth, I pulled it out and it’s plastic??? This is absolutely so nasty. And since we are already here they never have their food on standby, or they never have their food stocked, they had no brown rice if anyone likes brown rice. They had no lettuce. And last time I went they had no white rice no chicken, absolutely barely anything there. I could’ve choked on the plastic. I am going to be reaching out to corporate about this aswell, absolutely disgusting. Not as nasty as that tiktok maggot problem but really nasty.

Do not Ever DoorDash from this location. They will skimp you on everything cause they don’t wanna cook more. Every time I go there, they are out of something and i Have to go to Sheffield. They closed down their kitchen, 2 hours before closing and don’t make any more and then hand out tiny portions. So overall, the food is good. The staff is polite But lazy would not pay the extra money on door dash to skimp you out

This is normally our go-to location for Chipotle, but the cleanliness of the restaurant, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere has gone down in the last several months. No napkins are available, the chips were stale on both recent visits. The service stations and tables are a mess. Management may want to look into it.
