Ordered the super sonic double burger as a meal. The tots serving was a lot smaller than I expected for a large order. The burger had maybe two lettuce leaves, though the tomatoes were good. It also took forever for my food to be prepared. Supremely disappointed in my experience.

I ordered the new Toffee ice coffee drink and a Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger. That’s it. The drink tasted like something was soured, bad. I couldn’t take more than 2 or 3 sips before I gagged. Luckily I had a water bottle in the back seat of my car. The worst part?? I opened my cheeseburger and A MASSIVE AMOUNT of onions fell out all over me and my seat. My burger had 1 broken piece of bacon, a slice of cheese, and more than a handful of onions. This happened on Saturday, September 27, 2025. This is the only remaining Sonic in our area. Total disappointment.

I’m not generally one to leave really bad reviews but I’ve come to this sonic several times hoping it would get better but every single time I came the food was wrong and the staff was super rude. Not only that but for a single fry and a single drink, it takes *fifteen* minutes-even if you order ahead through the app.

I am reluctant for posting a bad review knowing that people need jobs. Understaffed. Food wasn’t great but service was better than most other upscale places. They could use some support, from consumers and upper management. Hire more people, and do something with the menu. I’ll go back in a month.

So this is my second review and the second strike for this location…. aside from the picture I will attach to this post what is with the trend of the ice cream machine not working? I paid for bacon on my sandwich and what I got looked like it was cooked this morning and nuked when I ordered it… Again the customer service is the reason I keep going back BUT part of customer service is doing your job right which is making orders right some of this is just blatently lazy….

6/8/21 the service is even worse. Tots burnt to hell, looking like they been sitting out 2 hours. Sonic blast with a sprinkle of candy on top, then a whole cup of plain white ice cream.
Food is good. Service is slow every time. 11/8 update. Went through drive thru. Sleeves of cups laying on the bathroom floor. May not be back.
