Placed an order via doordash last night, received the correct bag, but inside was not my order. The burger had a terrible, dry, overly large bun (does five guys have gluten free buns?) and it included every condiment I happen to not like. Anyways, I had traveled 10 hours and it was my only meal of the day and I couldn’t finish it. I was too tired to try and deal with the problem and they were already closed anyways. A lot of money to spend on a burger for them to not get it even remotely correct… I am taking a long break from Five Guys, and Five Guys Champaign is who to thank for that.

After driving for hours we ordered dinner and it was piping hot when we walked through the door. Nick and Josh greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed for our order. Great service and clearly fresh food! Thanks for the perfect pit stop!!!

Now they’re offering “Combo” menu! The combo as $12.99 is for a little hamburger, little fries, and a drink. This is a reasonable price for families and young people. The burger was good and fries too.
However, there were three customers at the moment. I saw Chipotle aross the street with a long line of customers.

Food came out quick and fresh. They give out free peanuts here. Staff are nice. The price is high, though. But the quality is good. They do have a free parking (parking lot).

The food quality was spot on. Order accuracy was exact. Served fresh and friendly. The dining area wasn’t perfectly clean for a place that had just opened for the day. So if they have to take a 9.85 out of 10 on quality for that, I think they are good. My only concern was the prices, wow, really high even for the quality. Almost $30.00 for a burger small fries, small drink and 15% tip . Granted I splurged for bacon but wow. Fine tasting and hot.

We just arrived this evening, for a 1 night stay, in the area (from Texas—yee haw) and was so happy to see there was a Five Guys!! As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and the young lady who waited on us, was very sweet and attentive!! Our cheeseburger and Cajun fries were SO yummy!! Cooked to perfection!!
