DO NOT order using Uber eats or door dash from this location during hot light hours. This is my second time doing so and after waiting an hour for my donuts to share with the staff, the donuts arrived burned and cold!! They will not pick up if you call. Anyone who orders during hot hour should receive freshly made donuts. Smh.

We rolled up to this location on December 29th around 7:30 PM, dreaming of those melt-in-your-mouth Original Glazed wonders straight off the conveyor belt.
Reality? These donuts were about as fresh as a forgotten gym sock. Hard, dry, and stubbornly resisting every bite—like they were auditioning for the role of “hockey puck” in a low-budget sports movie.
When I politely mentioned that the donuts felt a tad… fossilized, the employee proudly confirmed they’d been whipped up that afternoon. Afternoon! As if that’s some badge of honor. Then came the lecture: a full-blown TED Talk on their “process,” delivered with the empathy of a brick wall. No apology, no “let me grab you something fresher,” just an aggressive “this is how we do it, deal with it” vibe. Buddy, I didn’t come for a corporate flowchart—I came for donuts that don’t require a jackhammer.
Zero stars. Would not recommend unless you’re training for a jaw workout.

I have put this off for too long. I’ve gone to this location at least 3 or 4 times now. And only once did I have a good experience. This location for some reason decides to not open their doors at 6am nor do they plan on producing donuts.By the time they’re open they only have the specialty donuts, but barely any of the original glaze donuts.. I went one time and they said they wouldn’t even have original glaze until 7am. Most other places by this time would have the hot and fresh sign on this location didn’t even have the machine on. Management there definitely needs to take in consideration who they have as their employee to open the establishment.

Brought my crew in during red light hours this morning, & the experience did not disappoint! We were greeted by the friendly Ariana, who helped me with my two dozen glazed. Daisy was also so courteous. What a great team!

Ordered our favorite cinnamon rolls online before 6 am for 6:30 am pickup. Drive to the store to be told ‘Oh, we don’t have cinnamon rolls’. Asking why I was able to order them and come for pickup, ‘That must be a glitch’. This review is not, even McD can manage this. Honorable mention for the prompt refund.

Convenient location to get coffee and fresh donut at the corner of Alpharetta Highway and Mansell Road. I enjoyed their fresh Krispy Kreme coffee. It is smooth coffee. They have plenty of parking space . They have drive thru service as well. Thank you for quick and friendly service. Kids enjoy watching how donuts made.

The donut purchased and eaten at about 930am on a Friday was at least a day old if not more. I feel like that’s expected if you were to buy one at the grocery store but not when visiting the brick and mortar. This seems to be a trend. I rarely go anymore and hope each time is a fluke but the donuts are never fresh. To make matter worse this time the coke I purchased (expected fountain but was a bottle) was flat, I checked the date and it was sell by a month prior….staff was friendly.

I have such a horrible sweet tooth! Krispy Kreme will always be my favorite doughnut shop. Now mind you they are best when they are hot and fresh but to be honest I have eaten them when they aren’t and they’re still delicious. I love trying the new flavors but you can never go wrong with the glazed especially when the sign outside says “HOT”. If I could I would eat them right off of the belt lol. So my new favorite flavor is the strawberries and kreme as well as the key lime. The banana was ok but I feel like it would be better with banana pudding instead.
