First time here and WILL be back! The service is beyond spectacular, something you don’t see very often in the food industry anymore. Our server was incredibly sweet and multiple staff members worked together to ensure we were well taken care of. There was no wait and the food came out quickly. It was delicious!!! I cannot emphasize enough how great this experience was, how personable the staff were, the teamwork, and the cozy environment made my day. You guys are the face of wonderful service!

Excellent service and the food was Amazing! We all had breakfast since it was only 10am. I have never seen such HUGE servings! The kids meals would feed an adult! No one finished their meal, and we call that a Win! The bacon was cooked perfectly, the sausage gravy had so much flavor and the sausage links were Delicious! My son added cinnamon chips to his pancakes and we all helped him to eat those as a sweet treat to end our meals! Everything was served Hot and really quick for as busy as they were. We will definitely go back to try something other than breakfast!

Saturday morning and couldn’t be better. Very welcoming place with nice people. Good food as well. It is on a busy street so parking could be tricky some times. Most of young crowd as campus nearby but also people who come there from years as well. The mac & cheese nuggets was a good one. Also there mint milkshake, and butter finger milkshake was awesome. The black bean burger was so fresh and good.

Do not go here if you value your health, they do not have their dish pit up to the correct temperature for even hand washing, meaning your plates/forks/knives will still have bacteria from the previous person, “Chemical sanitizer Any warewashing machine 120°F (49°C)” their dishpit is set to 90°F. They do not sanitize their flattop to health code’s standards, they only use hot oil. Their cutting boards and knives? Same deal, they don’t put those in the dishwasher for a variety of reasons, the ones I got? “The cutting board doesn’t fit so we just spray it down with sanitizing spray”. Salmonella is killed with heat and sanitizing chemicals, not just chemicals. 2023 Food Code – Chapter 3717-1-04 “SANITIZATION: utensils and food-contact surfaces must be sanitized before use after cleaning. All chemical sanitizers must meet requirements
specified in Code of Federal Regulations and must be used according to law and manufacturer’s use directions included in labeling.” If you come down to visit your kid in college, go anywhere else or you might go home sick.

While visiting my brother on campus, we stopped by and had breakfast here and we were very impressed.
There was a bit of a wait but that process was handled well with some long range pagers so you just needed to put your name down and stay relatively close to the place and you knew when you were up next.
The service and food were both good and the prices weren’t bad at all. Our waitress was professional and checked on us like 5 times during our meal. The portion sizes were really good too. I ordered an omelette and it came with hash downs AND toast. (i thought it was either or but it included both!)
If you’re in athens, make it a point to get breakfast here!

This dinner is classic and I love the friendly, cozy, and comfortable environment. Dine in here and tried out some crispy chicken sandwich; spinach omelette & country omelette. They are delicious! If you have to pick one thing to try here, go for the crispy chicken sandwich, the ingredients are so fresh and the bread they use for this is just delicious. The waiters are really nice and friendly. It’s like a local dinner where everyone know each other.
There are street parking and we didn’t have any trouble finding parking. Friendly people, great food for a good price, what can you ask more from it.

Classic diner with small-town hospitality. We loved the breakfast experience. The Garbage Omelette was crazy good. Also, the coffee was very good, unlike most restaurant coffees. Our server says they order it for other sources, online. I would eat at this diner again in a heartbeat!
