WOW!!! I ordered a kids hamburger meal and the girl said we don’t have that. I pointed it out on the sign, and she said well my screen only shows a cheeseburger meal or a burger meal. There’s no hamburger kid’s meal. I thought she was kidding, but she was just STUPID. I ordered a second kid’s hamburger meal, and she looked at me funny and asked if I wanted a cheeseburger because they only had burger or cheeseburger meals— no hamburger meals. I chose the burger meal to make it simple for her. All of the meals we ordered rang up 70¢ more than was advertised on the menu board. The cashier and manager couldn’t figure it out so they called another manager and she couldn’t figure out. The restroom smelled like 37,000 people had pissed in the floor and no one had ever mopped. The trash can was running over in the floor. The store was almost empty and there were several employees working hard on their cell phones. Maybe the day shift will clean the store. Overall not a terrible experience. We did get typical BK food served our way —cold and slow.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat while traveling. The order taker/cashier seemed like she didn’t really want to take our orders. I asked for no onions on my burger and the burger came loaded with onions. I ordered two kids meals which everyone know comes with a drink. I was rung up for 2 apple juices which I didn’t get initially. So I informed the cashier and she seemed hesitant to give me what I paid for. Food was ok but due to the service, this is not a place I’d spend my money at twice.

So I’m not one to leave bad reviews,but this location needs to be shut down or new employees brought in!!!…. Everytime I go in the employees do not want to even take your order once you get your food, they don’t want to give you any ketchup…if you get a few packs and ask for more they will give you 1 more package and act like it made you mad that they had to take any effort to help you!!!

Had a little difficulty getting my husband’s food order correct but the managers were very accommodating and made it right. After leaving,my sandwich wasn’t fixed correctly. Bk king had a ton of pickles that I didn’t order.

Best BK I have been to. Our family was driving through here to get back to the Montgomery area from the beach. Taylor was awesome as well as the cashier. The awesome lady who made my whopper took her time and it was perfect, literally watched her make it.

We stopped here at about 10 at night for a late night snack, so we came through the drive through and we ordered after waiting we finally made it to the window we waited for 40 mins and no one came then 10 mins after that the cops showed up with lights on. Terrible service.

I cant rate the food as we were in the store over 20 minutes and left before we could place an order. Store was understaffed with only one person to take your order and it was obvious he didn’t want to be there and certainly he did not know the meaning of the wor “hustle.”

Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get to eat, 12 minutes waiting in the drive thru line and about 3 minutes in I heard “one moment please” waited another 5, asked if anyone was there, nobody responded, waited another 4 minutes and left. Went across the street to Taco Bell and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Avoid this place, save your time. Go anywhere else
