Call me crazy but I don’t see this stuff as being worth 30 minutes from submit order on the kiosk to receipt. I did get nuggets preview because one was sitting on the table next to me. That said there were sufficient clean tables, just not all were clean for the hour!! We were here. If you must, maybe try drive through as I believe that was prioritized over the poor saps who wandered in.

Ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches, I got 2 overcooked fish on a TOASTED BUN, instead of the Steamed bun as marketed. Management is slacking allowing this being passed as store quality. Employees will continue to put sub-par food out if not controlled by the persons in charge. There is much room for improvement

Every table had either old food, or sauces or food plastered to the table… No ketchup… our order wrong. Had to have them remake a burger. Had to wipe my own table off so we could eat. Workers are yelling at each other in the back, and the only saving grace was the nuggets were lined up nicely. But overall the staff is ridiculously lazy and unprofessional

I just came here and got my son a Happy Meal and asked if he got his sweet and sour sauce because you never get sauce in the box even if you as for it. They said yes they put it in there and of coursethwre wasn’t any in the box when I got home The nuggets were old, cold and disgusting. Looked like they were sitting out all day. He couldn’t even choke them down so a waste of money any way you slice it. If you come here at night you will be fine waiting in the line at least a half hour but if you come in the daytime they are pretty fast.

I was a few bites into my burger before realizing the middle was completely pink. I showed the patty to the cashier and she immediately refunded me. The problem was that she tried to keep my customer copy of the refund receipt. I know this seems like a goofy thing to get mad about, but $10 is $10 and I wanted to be sure I recieved my refund. I stated to the cashier clearly that I wanted my customer copy only to be met with “It will show up in your account in a day or two”. This exchange repeated itself four times before the cashier asked for help, only for the cashier to ask “How long do refunds take?”. I calmly explained to the employee that I only wanted my customer copy of the refund receipt and he gave it to me. The cashier then proceeded to scowl at me as if I had done something wrong.

We ordered ahead for pickup, and of course, the order wasn’t ready! We had to wait an additional five minutes while they readied our food. At least it was hot and fresh when we finally got it.

Can’t seem to keep up with orders even though there is no line in the drive thru. Constantly being asked to pull over to the side. Inconsistent quality. If you’re going to charge premium prices these days then quality should follow. Edit: tried them again today. Ordered my food with the mobile app to avoid the drive in lanes then proceeded to wait 25 minutes at curbside before going in and asking what’s taking so long. This place is a joke.

I didn’t ask you to make an iced coffee hot, I’m not an idiot. I asked for one hot and one iced coffee, the aggression from management is something I would fire my employees over. But since I was already up charged twice why wrestle with a pig right?
