Charming restaurant, lovely decor and music. Food is excellent. Eaten here many times, everything is delicious. The buffet is very popular. Menu is extensive. Spice level is adjustable, 1-5. BYOB, no charge. We had chicken saag(spinach) and mango chicken. Love their rice, very flavorful.

I ordered butter chicken, vegetable pakora, and garlic naan. The butter chicken was flavorful and tasted good, but unfortunately both the garlic naan and the pakora were badly burned. The pakora was so overcooked that I couldn’t even taste it. It was really disappointing. I hope the kitchen pays more attention to consistency and quality in the future.

I recently visited Khana Indian Bistro for a takeout order. The place was quiet with limited parking space. The person at the counter was welcoming and polite. I ordered momos, which were very good, along with samosas and aloo chaat. However, the snacks tasted average, and I didn’t particularly like the aloo chaat. Next time, I’ll definitely try something different instead of Indian snacks. The prices were moderate. Don’t forget to ask for spoons and napkins for takeout order.

Delicious food. I ordered the lamb biryani, medium spiciness, and the serving was large enough that I got 2 meals at home out of the leftovers! Friendly servers, and very beautiful and quiet interior. It feels very fancy inside, and I felt a bit underdressed, haha. Also vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Khana Indian Bistro in Hershey is one of those spots that instantly makes you feel welcome. The place has a cozy, relaxed vibe—perfect for a lunch stop after visiting the park or a casual dinner out. The food hits all the right notes if you love classic Indian cooking. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful, and the naan came out fresh and soft. The veggie dishes, especially the paneer makhani and chana masala, were packed with flavor and spice without being too heavy. The servers were attentive and quick to refill drinks or bring extra chutneys when needed, which makes a big difference. I also liked that the portion sizes were generous—great for sharing or taking some home. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. If you’re in the Hershey area and craving authentic Indian food in a friendly setting, Khana Bistro is definitely worth it.

Too much color in food. Just 5 pieces of shrimp in shrimp chilli and the best part was we couldn’t find difference between chicken fried rice and chicken biriyani. It was not a good experience.

Very close to Hershey Lodge. Visited twice for dinner, paneer makhani, malai kofta, daal makhani all good.
Noodles a bit on spicy side but tasted good too.
Naan could be better.

We live locally. We’ve been coming here once or twice a month for years. We’ve brought many out-of-town guests. We’ve had most of the things on the menu. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The food is incredible. I’m not sure how others can give it a bad review. We’ve been to Indian restaurants in England, Manhattan, and many other locations. Khana Indian bistro is still our favorite.

We’ve always had a great experience at Khana. The food is amazing, staff is friendly, service is quick! Tonight we enjoyed their Sunday dinner buffet and the variety of food was wonderful! I was also shocked at how reasonable the price was for so many delicious dishes! Luke was especially kind and an excellent server!

Stopped in today for their all you can eat lunch buffet. I haven’t had Indian food in a very, very long time. This was actually I think the best I’ve ever had in my whole life. It was not salty, grimy, greasy or spicy at all. I actually could only eat one and a half plates it was so good. My favorite thing was definitely the grilled chicken! The rice was awesome especially with the yogurt sauce they give you.

The staff was very kind, tentative, polite and it was a very clean atmosphere. They are very quick to respond to customers, the food was always fresh coming out of the kitchen.

Also, that whole container there is considered a side for only $3.99! I’ll definitely be going back here.
