I’ve been going through this location a lot (since 1999) and I have yet to have any complaints. Recently I was going to pay with my phone but had a difficulty, however when I said if I could come back to pick up and paid they agreed. I came back and they prioritized my food plus it was all fresh since it took a bit from living across the bridge. Smiles and accuracy. Not ti mention the always fresh never frozen quality.

We visit this drive thru several times a week. As an older couple, it’s easier and has enough variety for us. I want to leave a positive review for the employees here. There is no yelling, pretty much always get our orders correct and if not, don’t give attitude if we ask for correction. They smile and say H.a N.D, always. Never messy. Always make us smile Thank you!!! Plus, food is hot (fries need more attention) and taste good.

Ordered through grub hub. The delivery driver was on time. The store is 5 mins from my house. Bacon cheese burger came cold! And the bun was hard, as in old! The fries were cold as in old and fridge cold. The chicken nuggets were completely cold. The baked potato and chili were cold! Only thing that was good was the frosty. I called Wendy’s on Caldwell Blvd and spoke to the manager. She stated that her team doesn’t cook the meal until th driver gets there and that it left hot. She swears by this! She said she doesn’t know if the delivery driver didn’t have the heat on or possibly had the windows down. I’m, NO! Hot fresh made food with a 5 min drive should never show up as cold and old as this food. It’s chemically impossible. Never again!

waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for them to mess up our order the salad didn’t even cover the bottom of the container. super disappointed

It’s 8:55 pm on 10/30 , I’m getting food with my family and there’s a girl at drive thru with glasses ( didn’t get her name ) kinda younger. She kept sighing after we ordered more food, and kept cutting us off saying she couldn’t hear us and we had to repeat orders multiple times. I’m not sure how to describe it but her tone was just rudeeeee. It’s Wendy’s I mean I normally wouldn’t care but her sighing at us ordering more food just really ticked me off.

We pulled in at 11:20 pm to get some desert. After being asked “what we wanted?” By grumpy old guy on the intercom, I asked for a second to decide on flavors of frosty’s we wanted. I started to order my flavors he told me to wait. Then asked “what I wanted” again. Got to the window and I asked if I could also buy a large water. He proceeds to shove the water into my hand nearly squeezed the lid off then grabbed my card out of my hand, I asked for a straw for the water.he handed me my card back, Then told us to go park in the waiting spot. We ordered 2 small and 1 large shake and a Cinnabon pull apart. After waiting for a few minutes waiting in the parking spot, a girl comes out hands me our order and climbs into a truck in the other parking lot. She also had her phone and a charger in her hand. After looking at the “frosty’s” they were completely milk with flavoring squirted on top. Like they had shut the machines down a couple hours ago. The Cinnabon pull aparts were so cold and old we couldn’t even stab into the with the supplied fork. We even tried to microwave them when we got home and it didn’t help. Absolutely terrible experience at this store. I will not ever go back and I encourage anyone else to go to a different restaurant that’s near to this restaurant and you can thank me later.

Would love to have filled out a survey on the Wendy’s website, but wasn’t given a receipt for my meal. Have never felt more like an inconvenience than I did going here tonight. Based on his nametag, I know the person taking my order was the manager, but I’m not sure why he’s a manager if he’s upset about customers patronizing his restaurant. Ordering two kids meals at 8 o’clock on Wednesday night when it’s not very busy, but I could see him shaking is head and throwing his hands up in frustration from the drive thru as though me being there ordering food was very burdensome for him, and based off of his tone of voice, maybe he just doesn’t like his job, but there’s no need to take it out on me as the customer when what I’m asking for is so simple, and to top it all off, no straws.

worst service ever the female manager is rude and unprofessional, they messed up our original burritos ( we ordered bacon and got sausage neither one of us will eat their sausage) so we brought them back originally were told they can’t take them and to just keep them and they’ll make new ones proceed to wait for our new ones then have a worker bring them out which was nice, these ones were right she asked if we wanted to throw the other ones away we said no because why throw away food just because we won’t eat it, my fiancé was gonna give them to his coworkers just because we don’t like them doesn’t mean perfectly good food should get thrown away, the manager then comes out very rude and says we need those back and i said they’re right there and said we were told you couldn’t take them back she responded as she was walking yea we can’t take them over the counter once again very rude and tosses them in the trash, i’ve never been to a place that when they mess up act like that they were rude to begin with when we said that they were wrong in the first place, maybe read your orders? i don’t know doesn’t sit right with me that you throw away food that could’ve been given away to others. i’ve never been to a place where they do that i’m not sure if that’s normal or what but her demeanor about the whole thing was very rude and just like mean girl like. we have done nothing to you for you to act like that. i don’t think we will be coming back to this one if that’s how they act when they make mistakes.

We just drove up 15 minutes before closing and they gave us cold burgers that were charred on one side. When we complained she said they were closing. When we asked if they could issue a refund or give us a coupon employee said we could come by tomorrow to talk about it. Stay away! If you are open to a certain time you should still be able to serve a fresh and correctly cooked burger until closing time. I will never visit this restaurant again. So angry right now to be treated like that after they served us that kind of burger!
