Apparently it’s now fine to swap burgers between customer’s orders, leave out a burger and a drink, forget to add bacon to a bacon double quarter pounder, and serve raw meat to customers.

Maybe if two of the employees weren’t smoking in the men’s restroom, the order would’ve been done right.

The kiosk we used was out of receipt paper and we were not provided a receipt when we requested one.

I made my order on the app, as I usually do. We got there and was told my order didn’t exist. I showed the girl my phone, she said “South Columbia? You’re at the wrong location. You ordered up the road on Ebenezer.” I asked if they could make the order here, she said no. So we drove 10 minutes up to Ebenezer. The guy at Ebenezer said they don’t have my order number, I showed him my phone, he said my order is at 427 South Columbia, his location is like 2600 GA-21. I told him that 427 South Columbia sent us to him. I asked them to just make it, he said he can’t. He called someone, told them the issue, I was sent back down here. When I got here, I waited a bit to talk to someone. I ask for compensation because 48-49 minutes was wasted, my gas was wasted, and I was sent on a wild goose chase. She comped $16 of my $27 meal, which I was fine with. But when we got home, none of our food seemed fresh. It was as if it’d had been sitting there the whole time. It felt like it was kept in warm area..usually when we get home it’s still nice and hot.

Many missing items. Also experienced items swapped between customers . Avoid this McDonald’s if your traveling and in a rush. They don’t communicate well. Only upside is the patient & wonderful manager who has glasses and she took her time and communicated with us.

This resturaunt has consistently been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Their staff is rude, ignorant, and untrained.
They have spit chewed food in my daughter’s meal, over charged us, and shorted our food EVRY SINGLE TIME we have been here. When you go inside to speak with the manager she is hateful, rolls her eyes at you, and acts as if helping you is the bain of her existence.
We will never return.

Placed a mobile order for counter and got there just to wait fifteen minutes before having to ask the employee at the counter about an update for my order. She states they don’t have my order and I politely show her the order confirmation screen with their location’s address and the card ending numbers that I paid with.

She proceeds to grab what I believe to be the manager, who has the worst attitude off rip. She talks to me like I’m an idiot and then proceeds to magically pull my order up and tell me she’s going to charge my card again at the front counter, with a completely different total than what I had paid previously on my order confirmation screen. I then get a notification and refund of my original order total saying my order had been CANCELLED. I walked out. Long story short don’t even bother coming here.

I do not understand the difference in this McDonalds and all the rest. It is horrible to pay for a biscuit and gravy and only get enough gravy for half a biscuit. I ordered 2 orders for my granddaughter and I and was HIGHLY disappointed. If you are running low on gravy pull it from the menu. It is not fair to pay for a half of a breakfast!

Every single time I go there’s something wrong with the order. Today, 9/4/25 at about noon, I ordered and asked for no pickle or onions (allergies) and the drive through worker confirmed twice she had it right. Nowhere was it on my receipt and of course, loaded with onions and pickles. So, there goes lunch since it took 15 minutes to get the order. Better training please for employees.

OMGOSH What happened, Big Mac, both patties didn’t size up to one portion of bun. Skinny French fry. Nothing the way it use to be. Horrible prices go up quality has gone way down. Outrageous What happened???? All McDonald’s are like this.

Just wanted to grab something after a long day at work. Lady at the window was rude and kept rushing me along. Didn’t get a receipt and then learned that several items I ordered and paid for were missing and were going to take a bit to make. Just not loving it at this point.
