Have to say it was pleasant surprise to find this place . I didn’t realize there are over 315 restaurants in 31 states. Food is really good and Thomas the bartender went above and beyond. Great customer service.
Only downside is that the food does take an awfully long time to come out so plan accordingly. I stopped in on a Thursday night to take some time for traffic to slow down and was extremely satisfied.
You must get a pazookie !!!
Good job BJ’s with very affordable happy hour specials and great staff and atmosphere.
I signed up for their rewards program and also took advantage of their rewards program. I will definitely be ba k and try many other restaurants in the different states they are in. .

The food was actually quite nice and the overall atmosphere was great, but the service experience was a major letdown. We were served a drink in a dirty cup, and when we sent it back, they literally brought us the exact same cup again! We asked to speak with the manager, and while he did take the drink off the bill, he didn’t actually apologize or take responsibility for such a basic hygiene failure. It’s a shame because the meal itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Last minute decision to go to BJs, hoping we lucked out for a table on a Saturday night. There was a line but were able to get a high top immediately. Our server Mariah was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful and super pleasant. Got our orders right away and the food came out quick, hot and delicious. Mariah was super attentive and she was very nice to my daughter and me. She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks for a nice evening. Well done.

The food pretty good for the price ! But the front desk hostess ruined everything !!! Can someone FIRE HER ! Me and my wife have been there 2-3 times b/c of the food and the pazuki deal on Tuesday….. the waiters all supper nice ! All 3 times but the hostess terrible!

We had a wonderful dinner experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Christian Berisha. From the moment we were seated, he was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous. He made sure everything was served perfectly, checked on us at the right times without being intrusive, and handled every detail with care and confidence. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our waiter tonight was exceptional. Kristian was attentive, kind, and somehow managed to help everyone despite how busy it was. His attitude and work ethic stood out immediately. We left a 50% tip because service like that deserves recognition.

Ate the avocado egg rolls too fast to take a pic and the Parisian encrusted chicken too. I switched mashed potatoes for rice pilaf, very good! The pizookies were fantastic! They even had a gluten free option! $5 pizookies on Tuesday!! So much more I need to try!

I have never felt so unwelcome walking into a restaurant. From the moment we approached the host stand, the hostess with a slick back blonde bun and big glasses was cold, dismissive, and clearly irritated that we were there. There was no greeting, no eye contact, just attitude. She was very rude to my friend, when asked about if he could get a menu and her response was disgusting. Don’t want to come back here if she will be rude to all costumers that come in.

Management needs to put her in check or not put her as hostess at the front door. She needs to learn manners. Disgusting person. The reason for the one star review is because of the hostess you guys have employed at this location, horrible person and all around terrible experience with her.
