I love McDonald’s. I grew up on it. And I have the same standards I’m sure Corporate has. On this visit, everyone’s personality shined. The smiles were genuine, the politeness was natural. I had my food in my hand so quickly, I couldn’t believe it. It was hot and tasted amazing. So what cost a star? The only thing wrong was my sandwich, the new Big Arch, seemed hastily assembled and was–I hate to say this–crooked. This hung out on this side, that hung out on that side. And because of that, it tried to fall into my lap while I was eating it. That’s the only complaint. Don’t sacrifice quality for speed; I don’t mind waiting a few extra seconds for a sandwich assembled with more care.

Absolutely terrible place.. I had both my service dog with me they were doing as they were supposed to and laying on the floor quietly. I was approached rudely and demanded to show ID for my service dog. I obliged, but was still told I could not die in the restaurant because I was training the other dog

I had placed the order on the McDonald’s app while my son was driving to the restaurant and as he approached the intercom and was asked if it was a mobile order and he replied “yes” they decided to turn everything off and not even acknowledge him after they asked him if it was a mobile order. He got there before 11:00pm which is the time they close like managers need to train there employees to do BETTER! That was unacceptable and very disrespectful for them to ask a question and then not acknowledge the customer and say there closed. Also McDonald’s shouldn’t be taking orders even if it’s 10 minutes from closing time if this is how your employees are going to treat customers instead of explaining and trying to figure out suggestions. It’s not the first time that I have issues with this place and I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I see nothing has changed.

They should have one person constantly paying attention to front counter. When I go there to pick up delivery food, all the employees are in the back. Sometimes I can see food sitting on the kitchen counter but they just take long time to bring it out.

Order was ready but with 4 people in staff, not one brought the order to the table. After I got fed up and went to ask, the most reluctant lady at the counter tells me that yhe order is there on the table and I should pick it up myself.

11/30/25 9:05 workers fooling round swearing! Messing with the French fries while I’m staring at them putting stuff on them & saying how gross it tastes & smells!! My food I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickles I got two patties in each nothing else, the trash cans filled over flowing trash all on most of the tables said was flat they couldn’t if fix that issue place was a joke tonight

Awful. I would avoid this location if I were you. The drive through is slow and the inside is worse. They have a playscape but close it to have meetings. It’s also messy with grime and dead bugs on the floor.

A rough experience, even for McDonalds. The attendant got several things in our order wrong, the order didn’t appear on the screen, we were overcharged because he didn’t enter in the combo correctly. When we asked about it, he just rung up our card, and didn’t fix it. My wife tried to go inside to have it corrected, but the doors were locked. When we noticed they also hadn’t put the soda I ordered on, we asked for that, but the attendant insisted she had to charge us for it, despite us being overcharged for $6 and refusing to fix it. Very poor customer service.
