I don’t normally do this type of stuff , but the way we were treated while we were getting lunch was absolutely out of control. There was a male “manager” I asked him his name he told me he didn’t have to give it to me. My aunt asked for more honey for her 20 piece nuggets and he was just being real nasty ! I asked for a refill for my drink because the Machine in the lobby didn’t work , he said he couldn’t give me a refill cause it. Cost more!! He was just really rude ! I understand working in fast food is hard but there’s no reason to be rude do better

Very caring, very courteous, very kind! Looking out for the wellbeing of all their customers and showing compassion to the homeless. Management is beyond excellent in the services provided. This will be my last time at this location. The gentleman that took my order was great but everything else sucked. Cold fries. Cold food. Burger squished. There’s a new sign about paying for sauce. That’s fine. I asked the guy at the window if my sauce was in there. He said yes. Get home to find it’s not.

I work across the street, so often getting a quick bite is convenient if I have an extra 20-30minutes and thats the drive through…super slow service, and honestly I watch them often making food with no gloves, makes me worry about what im eating let alone its McDonald’s….

Not a single employee was wearing a mask
… it was 730am and no dine in… was not even able to use the restroom and I am a diabetic…. the employees I saw would not even come to the door to answer any of my questions as to why… all I got was them shaking their heads no amd pointing to the drive through with passive aggressive smirk smiles… as I had to drive somewhere else to eat use a restroom and get my blood sugar into the correct number area… this is how you treat people??? Wow what are you going for here an all automated box restaurant… what happened to customer care???

Food was surprisingly fresh. We got chicken nuggets and a Big Mac with fries.
Low score is because they had issues with their drink machine. No ice (they had to get you ice from the drive-thru’s drink machine) and all sodas were warm and thus lacking carbonation, so all sodas were FLAT. They were not telling customers about this until AFTER we all paid and tried our drinks. At least 6 other customers in store
