Man…MAN. This place is AMAZING!!!

The portion sizes, the flavors of the food, the number of options, including meat options for those who don’t eat pork, and the look of the place, its all fantastic.

The service was hospitable and friendly, even with the place being really busy!

It *is* pricy, but the portion sizes and level of stylization to the meals are large and creative enough that when the plate comes out, the price makes sense.

And our server Maria, was the sweetest!!!

I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely Delicious Food. Their chicken fried steak had a perfectly crispy exterior and a moist interior packed full of flavor. Our group sampled everything we all ordered and each dish was on par with a spectacular meal. Their fresh squeezed oj was truly wonderful. Our service was top notch and their prices match the quality of food. Overall this is my new go to breakfast place in the Dallas area!

This place is ALWAYS packed, especially on weekends! It was about a 20-30 minute wait for 2 ppl on a Sunday.

The ambiance and vibes were really cute and home-y. The latte was amazing and the croissant beignets were so crispy and delicious. I had pretty high expectations for the main course and was a bit disappointed. I wasn’t satisfied with the French toast, it was dry and pretty stale. I’ve had better at ihop or dennys. My husband liked his waffles at least! I hope to be back to try the other menu items..

The service was kind of weird haha, our server had absolutely no customer service, which we usually don’t mind too much since we both used to be servers, but dang girl!!! lol

It is a great place for brunch. Service is on point. Food portions are huge so beware. Love the coffee with the Texas stamp. Order the beignets to start because they are delicious.
Get there early because it gets full at 9-9:30am during the weekends and you’ll be waiting a while. They don’t take reservations so be prepared.

I’ve been coming to Fairview Farmers for years, and it’s my favorite place to have my birthday breakfast because I know it’s always going to be good. Also, they’re only closed on Christmas Day & Thanksgiving, so it’s one of the few places I can enjoy a cute drink and high quality entree on a day places are otherwise closed! They’re big on organic, and it shows. The chicken is flavorful and delicious. The orange juice is squeezed fresh to order. It’s a great ambience too. Always packed and pretty hectic but the service is outstanding so everyone is in a good mood. Today, we had a fantastic server named Danielle. Her customer service is top notch! They decorate so nice for every occasion and offer seasonal/monthly specials like Hot Cocoa Pancakes during the holidays. Even their bathrooms are nice and they always have a candle going in there. Its little touches like that which show the amount of love and care going into this place. Keep it up, Fairview Farmers! I recommend coming here for any special breakfast occasion or brunch dates.

Great brunch spot. They are always busy, but it does not affect the quality of service. You may have to wait for a while to be seated, especially on the weekend.

The food is really good and there are plenty of options. The food presentation is my favorite aspect of this restaurant.

Always packed. Nice vibe. Nice presentation of the food. And that’s about all the good things for me.

CFK: good portion. But not crispy and a bit soggy. 4.5/5
Avacado omelet: don’t know what to say 2/5
Beignets croissant: 5/5
Cappuccino: 3/5
Carrot cheese cake: 2/5, doesn’t task like cheesecake at all. But the size is huge

Ok to try

Food was good. I got a hazelnut latte, it was decorated very well and tasted good, was not strong if you are a bougie coffee drinker like myself.
I also got the banana split French toast, very good on portion size and I like the amount of berries that were added.
I didn’t care for the cone filled with cream, I gave that to the kids.
Overall, presentation is there specialty! Their food is good and it’s a great place to bring guests or kiddos

Fairview Farmers is an amazing brunch spot! I took my mom here for her birthday, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our waiter Erick was fantastic — super attentive, kind, and even helped us take some great pictures! He was also very accommodating with the dietary restrictions at our table, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend checking out any of their seasonal drinks — they’re so good! ☕✨

The food looked amazing. But it was cold. I ordered cheesecake French toast. When I added the butter to it, it didn’t even melt. My husband got biscuits and gravy with diced potatoes. His meal wasn’t hot either. The potatoes tasted stale like they were from the day before. The waitress gave us our food and never returned. I had to stop someone else to let them know then they got her. Very unsatisfied. Will not go back.
