Had a very nice dinner. We were seated quickly and offered drinks and chips with 3 dips. Food arrived soon after ordered. It was warm and flavorful. Staff were all pleasant and eager to please. The restaurant was clean, tidy and pleasantly colorful. We will return.

This McDonald’s is managed and staffed by mostly incompetent people. I say mostly because there are a handful of really great workers at the store, mainly the drive through order taker.
That being said, the majority of the time I get parked when I only order a single meal, hardly ever get napkins, order is nearly always wrong, even after waiting 10+ minutes for it, fries are under-cooked half the time (workers pull them before cooking is completed).
Not sure what is going on with this store, but it really is one of the worst stores in AR.

i went to this mcdonalds and it was pretty good. the food was hot and came out fast. jaxson(hope i spelled it right) was the one who helped me and he was really nice and made sure i got the right stuff. he didnt rush me or nothing. it was just a good visit and id come back again

We just left this McDonald’s location in Greenbrier, and it was abysmal. Finally found a decently clean booth after two attempts. The employees obviously were ignoring the dining room customers, hoping to force customers to use the nasty kiosks. Food was cold and stale. Orders were incorrect. The bathroom had what appeared to be white cake icing smeared on one of the sink fixtures, and the door handle. The manager, or who appeared to be so, was throwing french fries in the kitchen, and oblivious to the customers. The woman who was pushed out as the upfront person obviously did not like her job. She seemed unconcerned about the bathroom issue, or anything else for that matter. We witnessed a customer who failed to receive a correct order being issued a refund of some sort. McDonald’s everywhere are certainly deteriorating, but this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Fortunately, we don’t live here and are just passing through.

I was served a raw quarter pounder on 10/22/25 at 9:20 pm. Loud screaming profanity could be heard from the drive-thru window. I ate most of the quarter pounder while driving home in thr dark without realizing the meat was raw. Took my receipt and received my money back at 8 am 10/23/25. Walked in to a already very dirty dining area. Whatever you do stay away at night.

The employees and their attitudes in the back are always talking and listening to make sure the orders are right and fast. They don’t let their customers hear them grip or fuse at each other or about customers. Very professional. The food, well it’s Mickey D’s as always the atmosphere in the dining area is small but clean. It’s in a gas station perfect for a quick stop.

It’s typical fast food, so I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal. I would expect that if it’s “fast food” I would get through the drive-thru a whole lot faster than I did. I would also expect not to get cold burgers that were burnt. I will chalk it up to some workers must have been having a bad day, so their performance at work took a hit and suffered.
